10:40 pm
Stacy wasn't back from the party she went to. I figured she might be alright since she seems to be acquainted to this kind of life. I had finished making my time table and I was reading my favourite book 'The white fang' when she came in drunk and in a mess.
"Hey roomie" she opened the door wider and a guy was behind her trying to hold her steady.
"Hope you don't mind. I brought a friend"I quickly wrapped myself in my quilt and tried to get her into her bed. The guy was drunk too and he had slumped on the floor.
"Ugh! Really?!" I said trying to push him with my feet.
"Chill, nerd. He's with me" she pulled him up to stay beside her. "Just go back to what you were doing".
I went back to my bed and closed my book. I don't know how she brought that boy into the dorms. But if this how she wants to continue I don't think I want to be roomies with her.
I put off the lights and tried to sleep but they were making noises and she was giggling too loudly. Ugh!!
5:30am
I woke up and Stacy was already awake. She was on the phone with someone. I took my towel and headed to the bathrooms. It was large. Thank God! Lots of empty spaces. I took my time having my bath because the shower was refreshing.
When I got back, her bed was neatly arranged. Her locker was tidy and she was sorting out her clothes. To tell the truth I was surprised.
"Hey nerd. Ready for your first day in college?"
"Yeah, I guess" I sat on my bed and continued to watch her. "Aren't you having a hangover or something?"
"Oh I'm over it. Steve got me some coffee while you were asleep".
I guess Steve was the guy from last night. I applied my cream while she undressed.
"So Steve is the new fish?"
"Not really. I just got to know him last night" she turned to me and started blushing. "But should I date him?"
"I don't know. But by the way you're smiling I can tell you like him"
"He's cute in a Zac Efron kind of way. But I'll like to know him better. You know."
"Yeah I know"
"Could we go to class together? After I'm done with my bath. So I won't be confused" she asked
"Yeah sure"
"How are the showers?"
"Spacey" That was the only word I could use to describe it.
"Perfect" She grabbed a towel and smiled innocently at me. Too innocently I might add.
She seems nicer this morning. Like a better person than last night. I was surprised a bit and I think she might not be that bad after all.
