Later that night...

Abby P.O.V

Jacquees and I ended up going to the carnival where he won me a large minion. The oversized minion was just about the size of me and was a struggle to carry. He opened the door for me since I couldn't see what was in front of me while holding the bear.

" I had a great time tonight," I said as I walked in sitting the stuff on the couch, and walked into the kitchen.

" Same here, we should do that more often." He suggested. I just nodded in agreement. I grabbed a Gatorade out of the fridge and sat on the kitchen counter. My mind suddenly started to drift on my mother.

" So you going to leave me here with this crazy woman?" I asked taking a sip of my Gatorade.

" Why do you always have to bring her up during good moments?" He came and stood across from me so we were right in front of each other.

"I'm sorry my mind does this on its own. I'm just trying to see where your head is you know?" I said in a concerned tone.

" Well, I told you I'm leaving once she arrives and that decision hasn't changed." I raised one eyebrow and looked at him.

" So are you going to tell me where you're going so I can come visit?"

" Yes, I will tell you once I decide where I want to go." He said reassuring me and I smiled.

" Can I ask for you something?" He nodded.

"How did you even meet my mother, if you don't mind me asking."

"I met her while I was on tour in Atlanta, she was with your Aunt that night. She had looked good as hell with that red dress she only wears for special occasions." I was getting disgusted and I guess my facial expressions showed it.

" TMI?" I nodded and we shared a laugh.

"There's nothing to say about the situation. No disrespect to you because it is your mother but I'm used to hoes doing this type of thing. I just didn't expect it from her I mean we made it this far to be engaged. Why would you wait until we are about to get married to do something so low?" He rubbed his hands through his hair with frustration.

" None taken, that's the right term to use for this situation. I love my mom and all but when you are wrong you are wrong. She does have some explaining to do." Suddenly the room fell silent. I glanced over at Jacquees and he was staring at the ground as if he was lost in his thoughts.

"Well I am about to take a shower, do you want to watch a movie?" I asked as I hopped down from the counter.

"Yeah, I'm in the mood for something funny. I want to laugh." I went upstairs to take a shower and after I was done I went back downstairs to join Jacquees.

"You took a shower too?" I asked joining him on the couch.

He was now wearing gym shorts and a gray tank top. He nodded his head and continued flicking through Netflix looking for a movie to watch. I never really took the time to look at Jacquee's features the way his lips were just perfectly sized.

" Have you ever watched This is the End?" I shook my head no, it sounded like a horror movie.

"Well, it's not scary at all it's funny as hell. It's about a group of people who were friends and one of them decided to have a party the day before the world started to end so they were all trapped inside one house." I just looked at him because it didn't sound interesting.
