HE WAS NERVOUS. The girl – who's name Suga had found out was Hyejin – had lead him to a small bookstore nearby. Hyejin had claimed there was "someone who could help him", even though he didn't need helping.

Then why was he following her?

The thought disappeared as soon as it came as the pair entered a small room near the back of the store. A woman sat there on her computer, but stopped as soon as they came in. "Hyejin." She smiled sweetly at the girl, glancing at Yoongi. "I'm guessing this is him then?"

Hyejin nodded, taking a seat in one of the two chairs placed in front of the woman's desk. "Yoongi, this is Ms. Reum. She's my psychologist, I guess."

The lady smiled at Yoongi, making him shift in his seat. "Hello, Yoongi-ah. I hear you have bad dreams."

He had to admit, he didn't know if he could trust this woman. But the fact that she cut right to the chase was oddly satisfying. "I wouldn't call them bad dreams." He answered, unconsciously wringing the hem of his shirt inbetween his fingers.

"Oh?" Ms. Reum rose an eyebrow at Yoongi, before glancing at Hyejin. With a huff, the girl crossed her arms and left the room. "What would you call them, then?"

Yoongi felt strangely at ease with Ms. Reum, so he decided to confide in her. "It's like being in a parallel universe, I guess. I'm usually alone, and if I'm not the people around me are dying. That's one common thing amongst these... Whatever these are. There's always death. I always die."

He paused. That wasn't true. "Except for when Hyejin helped me out of one."

Ms. Reum nodded, picking up a note pad and writing some stuff down. "Is there anything else significant that you remember?"

"A voice." The words were tumbling out of his mouth faster than he could process now. "The same voice is always there. Telling me what to do — making me feel bad, making me kill myself."

Her eyebrows rose as she quickly wrote something. Yoongi wished he knew what it was. "Have you heard the voice before? In real life?"

He shook his head. He knew that it would be easy for him to say it sounded like Jungkook — after all, that's the name he was screaming before Hyejin slapped him. But Jungkook didn't fit. The maknae had a certain airiness to his voice, that the voice in his head didn't. The voice in his head sounded... Empty. Like the sound you would give to a void space.

"I've never really come across something like this before." She said after a few moments, setting down the notepad. "Go home. Talk to your friends if you need. Tomorrow, come here again. I want to put you to sleep and see what happens."

For some reason, he felt disappointed. Here he was, sharing a part of himself he couldn't even talk to his members about, and all she wants is to put him to sleep?

But he nodded anyway, bowed, and then left with a heavy weight on his mind.
