As we left the hospital, I had trouble walking but I tried. "Mom, dad please, I'm sorry."
"I knew I shouldn't have let you walk to school." said my dad, " you should be more like your sisters." I stopped, and looked at them, but they kept waling. When we got home, I went to my room, and did my work.
"How is your leg Michelle?"
"It fine Melissa. Let's go eat dinner." So we did, it was an awkward dinner. Nobody talked to me, the all joked around and turned their backs to me. So I grabbed my phone, and left the table. Nobody came to get me, so I decided to go outside. I grabbed my coat, and sat on the porch. I kept looking at my leg, but I stopped when I saw I get a message. It was almost 10, and nobody came to get me. I decided to ignore my mom's message. I placed my phone in my pocket and I started to braid my hair.
"Hey, Michelle." said my brother. I ignored him because nobody had cared enough to make sure I was ok. "Listen, mom messaged you and she wanted to tell you it was bed."
"Yeah, ok. WHATEVER! I saw mom messaged me, tell her I'll be in soon" My brother nodded and walked inside. I started crying, did people hate me. I took that comment back right away and went inside. I got ready for bed, then I eat a dinner I made. I feel asleep and set my alarm for 5:30.
At 5:30 I got up and hot ready for school. At 7, my family got up and then hugged and kissed me. I curled my hair again and applied a lot of makeup. I wore my long sleeve shirt and put on some bracelets. Then I put on my shirt and I felt better about my look already. Before my bus came, I took some selfies and posted them on Facebook.
At 7:45, my bus arrived so I got on it. I was sitting alone so when I got to my school, I when and hung out with my friends. The told me they would support me, and help me. And I knew they would. The day flew by, but I got and had test. My average in school was 85%, so I was trying to improve that to at least a 90. When I got home, I got on my yoga pants and one of my sports shirts. I put on my running shoes and headed out to the kitchen. I grabbed my phone and me and my mom when to the doctors.
As we got there they put me into a wheel chair and showed me to the room they wanted to do my testing in. When the doctor walked threw the door, he sighed. "Michelle, this is worst then me thought. You dislocated your bones yes, but you also broke your legs. Now, I'm going to have to say no more gymnastics until it is healed." I looked at him, "Funny, the seasons starts in a week, I need to make this team, or else I wont ever be on IT!"
"I know, but you need to make your leg stronger. Most of my patients take at least 3. If you want to do 3 weeks worth of work in a week, fine. But you might just risked everything doing that." he looked at my file
"Well then I know what I'm doing this week. See you later doctor." I walked out of the door, I need to make it. But maybe he was right. I had 3 braces on my leg and now I had to use crutches. It wasn't going to be easy, but I had to. Then I remember something, something that could help me.
