Barry: You worked at Star Labs, and helped build the particle accelerator. It was after the explosion, you, Cisco and Caitlin were the only ones still working there. One day you walked into work and saw a young man in a coma. Harrison told you he got struck by lightning. You couldn't help but feel sorry for the guy. After 9 months he woke up. After Caitlin doing some tests on him you decided it will be good to introduce yourself to him. Once you did, you couldn't help but notice that you guys had a lot in common.
Harrison: You were out getting coffee when you saw a man tying to get out the door, but couldn't. He was in a wheelchair. He looked oddly familiar. "Do you need any help?" You ask, being the kind person you are. Once he turned around you noticed it was Harrison Wells. The owner of Star Labs. You loved his work, and wanted to work with him so badly. You smiled and opened the door for him, just after he said "yes please".
Cisco: You worked with Oliver Queen, and one day you walked in and saw you're friend Barry and two other people. One was a girl, the other was a boy. "(Y/n). This is Caitlin and this is Cisco." Oliver introduced you to both of them. Once there was stuff going down you had gotten to know Cisco a lot better.
