CHAPTER:7

MACK's POV:

They all just kept staring, until Caleb broke all the eye contact by rushing out the door. I follow him still not putting on my shirt and leaving Jacob at the closet doorway. "Caleb wait! I can explain it was just a game and before it got too serious I stepped out." I said, man it was so cooled outside. "Oh really then, how do you explain your shirt and his being off! I understand that it was a game Mack but I thought you would idk wuss out or something for our relationship's sake". "So you wanted me to make a fool out of myself, when you would've of done the same thing if you were with Me, Rossy, or Lola. I guess it's just different for boys though right? They get to do whatever they want and don't face the consequences huh?" He didn't say another word, he just ignored me. I scuffed and walk back inside. When I walked back in all I heard was Jacob and Rossy fighting. "I thought it would be a practical joke, and she would chicken out. But she didn't and you let her kiss you! So now I can't even trust you to keep your pants up when this was just supposed to be a game!" Then Jacob started, "Your mad at me!?!?Your the one who came up with the game! And you would probably have done the same thing I did with Caleb, and don't give me that look and don't think I know you guys use to date". I was shocked Caleb never said he use to date Rossy. Oh and speak of the devil here he is now. "So Caleb do you have something to tell me?". I said on the verge of crying, he looked at me cluelessly. "Why didn't you tell me that you use to date Rossy. Now I know........Now I know why you kept this secret from me all summer." He looked at me weird but I know what he was up to. I continued but this time I was crying. "It's because you still like her don't you? You still like Rossy?". "What no, Mack why are you acting like this you know that I like you!" he said and so I had to know for sure by asking him. "Then tell me, look me in the eye and tell me that you don't have feelings for her. AND TELL ME NOW!" I said while crying. "I---I can't do that Mack. But I'm with you that's all that should matter right? Mack? Talk to me please say something" he said with tears his eyes. Who knew that high schoolers could have this many problems at a sleepover. Looking around me because I couldn't think about anything because of what I just heard. I saw that Lola and Mark were gone. Jacob was standing behind me and looked over to see Rossy very concerned look on her face. Rossy looked shocked at what Caleb said then looked sorry for me. "I think we should take a break. It's not me its you. If you can't figure out where your feelings lie between me and Rossy, then how are we going to have a working relationship?". I said and Caleb understood and at that point we were both crying. We hugged for a about a minute and a half and let go. After that I thanked Rossy for having me and said goodbye to everyone else. I was at the door frame of the main entrance and look back to said Jacob and Rossy bickering again and Caleb staring at me from the couch. And that point I left and walked myself home. Well wasn't that fun now I know that my boyfriend has mixed feelings, Jacob has a thing for me I guess, there's obviously something going on between Mark and Lola, and I found out that Rossy might actually have a heart.
