"Scout the area. He couldn't have gotten too far."

Merida was getting irritated. They had been pursuing that blasted Frost for hours now and still haven't found even a single trace of him. Plus, she was getting worried over Rapunzel.

'I'm sure her father was furious!'

"Commander!"

One of her subordinates approached her hurriedly.

"There had been reports of a strange figure entering the forest west of here. Witnesses say it was a man with white hair that had been carrying a brown satchel along with him."

Merida's mouth formed a smirk.

'Finally.'

"Have two of the men scout that area. Everyone! Start wrapping up! We've gotten a lead."

"Damn! That bitch!"

Jack still couldn't get over what happened as he wiped his blood-stained mouth.

'The nerve of that woman! Punching me'

He gritted his teeth and continued to make his way around the forest.

'Luckily I was able to get this before them. Heh.' Jack thought, lightly tapping his satchel.

Honestly, Jack didn't know what was so special about this. It just looked like some ordinary piece of jewelry- A pendant shaped like the sun- but his employer thought otherwise. His only orders were to secure the relic and bring down anyone who was in his way. That's all, other than that he was left in the dark.

Jack knew it wouldn't be long until the red head gets his trail. He had seen helicopters flying all over the place. And soon enough he had pursuers. Two to be exact.

"Hey! You there! Stop!"

"Shit." Jack swore as a bullet whizzed past his head.

He loaded his gun and shot back. One down. Still, Jack knew this was no time to let his guard down, having these pursuers meant that they were already hot on his track. More men began to appear and were beginning to surround him. Suddenly, and arrow pierced a tree near him.

'Finally..', Jack smirked as he turned to face the girl.

..Merida.'

"Missed me, red?"

"Ye are getting too over yerself, Frost" Merida spat at his direction. "Anyways, stop the dilly-dally. Hand it over."

"Hand what over?"

"Oh ya know what I mean." Merida growled. "Hand it over now and I'll lay off on ye. Unless.." Merida placed an arrow on her bow and aimed at the white haired man, "Ye want a hole on your empty head."

Jack narrowed his eyes and did something unexpected. He laughed.

"Don't get too cocky, red. I still got an ace up my sleeve."

Merida snapped her fingers. Immediately, men begun to close in and surround them.

"And I've got mine."

Jack can't help but smile, "Touche. But I never thought you were the type to rely on numbers, curly."

Merida glared.

"Shut the fuck up. Just give me the relic so we can get this over with."

"Woah there," Jack raised his hands up, "Someone's in a rush."

Merida didn't notice what Jack was about to do until it was too late. The young man's eyes begun to shine, bluer than ever, filled with malice.

'Oh my god.' Merida thought, as the memory flashed in her mind. She turned and begun to make her way to hide behind a tree. She was so stupid not to remember. SO STUPID.

"RUN!" Merida shouted but it was too late. The white haired boy already begun his attack, freezing everyone in his path.

Merida felt helpless as a wave of snow begun to cover the whole area, knocking her hard against a tree. Merida tried to get up but her body became heavy.

"Why don't you guys chill out a bit."

She saw Jack walk away, so casually as if nothing happened.

'I should have anticipated this.' and with that Merida blacked out.
