They were all attending the party, Quincy's birthday. Q turned the big thirty. Mama Kim and Aaliyah had thrown him a huge get together, and his dad invited everyone he ever knew, there. So you know there was alot of people.

Quincy felt like it was time out for the clubs and being around a bunch of hoes. So instead, he would be around family and friends. The only person that was missing was Christian because he was incarcerated. Awhile back he tried some shit and went back to the wrong crowd. He ended up being shot twice and the judge tried him as an adult because he was going to turn 18 the following weeks.

He went to jail but he should be released at the end of the year. Quincy made him learn his lesson. Right when they got him, Quincy's line was the first he hit to bail him out. Q ignored it, yet still showed up for all court dates. It wasnt cruel but sometimes people have to learn their lessons.

They didnt choose a theme because Quincy couldnt make up his mind fast enough. Anything that he wanted he could go and get himself, but he still let them do it instead. All he knew was that he wanted jumpers and waterslides. Thirty actual candles on the cake so his kids could help him blow them out.

Right after Christmas, Aaliyah had an doctors appointment and Quincy and her found out that they were going to have a precious baby girl. Quincy was by Aaliyah's side through it all, except for the few months he missed, but there 24/7. Aaliyah often found herself, at random thanking him and he would always reply "No need, its my job."

Aaliyah was so thankful for her small little family. Everything about them or just the idea caused a smile to play upon her lips.

She was born a healthy baby on April 22, at 19in long, 8lbs 02oz. The name that they were going to name her at first was Q Love but ended up naming her Chanel Q'Love Brown-Combs. Of course Quincy didnt want to leave out the man that raised him so, he put both of his last names. All Quincy knew was that his babygirl could do no wrong. At least not in his eyes. Also Chase name was changed to have the same last name. Q also signed both birth certificates.

Both Quincy and Aaliyah had taught Chase and Chanel to be very smart kids. Quincy enforced everything as he should. So he made sure that they spoke well in public and even though they were kids, they didnt act up. He never took discipline over the top because he knew how he was once as an kid.
