Georg took out the last of their luggage from the hotel room.

“So this is official. We’re taking her in.”

“We don’t have any choice.” Tom sighed, “If she gets away once again the Mafia will get us. I can’t believe this is happening. They entrusted their boss to four rocker douche bags.

They left for Magdeburg at around one in the morning so that nobody can see that they have a woman with them wearing one of Tom’s shirts as a mini dress.

So far she can walk, only she needs some help with the stairs because her right ankle got twisted when she was stuffed into the suitcase.

The band took Karl’s van where they can all fit. Karl sat behind the wheel while Gustav sat beside her at the back.

“Gustav, you okay there?” the twins asked as Georg sat at the front with Karl.

“I’m cool.” Gustav replied as Aleithea opened the window.

“She seems detached” Georg said to Karl.

“She just needs proper rest, and of course proper food. After a few days she’ll be back to normal, but the memories seem bleak. It will take some time for her to retrieve her memories. I informed her father and he said that it was better off this way.” Karl explained as they hit the highway.

“Well that’s kinda harsh.” blurted Tom.

“Well it’s not her fault that she was born in to a Mafia family.” Bill reacted as he looked over his shoulder and took a glimpse of her from the back. She was sniffing the morning air and smiled.

They arrived in Magdeburg at 2:30 in the morning. Karl didn’t bother to stay and left right after they went in.

She fell asleep and it was Bill’s turn to carry her into the house.

He took her to the vacant room up in the attic. While looking for a comforter in the closet, he suddenly heard her scream.

“Don’t hurt me!!” she cried as she sat up in bed.

“What’s wrong?” he asked as he ran to her and she moved away and cried.

He pulled her to his side of the bed and swept the hair covering her face.

“You’re safe now.” He coaxed as she took deep breaths and held herself.

“No one’s going to hurt you here.” He whispered and wiped her tears.

She looked at him with teary eyes and suddenly fainted.

“Bill, what’s wrong?” Tom asked as they rushed to the attic. “We just heard some screaming.”

“I think it’s trauma. But she’s okay now.” Bill replies and looked at Aleithea who was on his chest, asleep. “She’s still afraid.”So you’ll watch her this time? There are still comforters in our rooms we can get them for you.” Gustav suggested.

“Okay. I’ll be leaving for the runway rehearsals tomorrow. I’ll do my share of the job.” Bill agreed as he laid her down and pulled the covers for her. He stroked her hair and sighed.

He wondered about what she really went through, he would like to ask her, but the problem is,

she can’t remember anything.

It must be pretty tough for her. And all they can do is to care her for the mean time. After all, it was destiny that brought them in an odd situation like this.
