I stared out my window as I watched my 16th birthday fly by. Ever since what happened to Dipper,I would never celebrate my birthday again. Mom and Dad had let me stay her, convinced that my depression was getting better when I was here. It was a bit, Candy, Grenda and surprisingly Pacifica were all slowly helping me get through it.
"Mabel?" A soft voice came behind me. Turning around I saw Grunckle Ford standing there awkwardly.
"Whats up Ford?" He took a deep breath.
"You are in a deep state of depression and you need to get out. What happened to Dipper was very tragic and I miss him as much as you do. I have an idea, terrible idea, but you might get to see Dipper."
I perked up.
"Why haven't you said this before!" I cried out.
"Because it is so dangerous. Mabel Im going to summon Bill, but you need to promise me you will bot make a single deal."
"B-but-"
Ford quickly cut me off.
"Dipper was a hero and I highly doubt he would want you to trade away your freedom for him."
I hung my head. If I had just let him stay here with Ford then none of this would have happened. After 2 years of holding back, the tears finally came. Ford was quick to embrace me in a hug.
"I just want to see him." I whispered. He comforted me"i know you will." He confirmed.
"Lets go get Stan and we'll start."

I laid back casually writing in my pine tree journal, that had been a 15th birthday present from father.
"Alcor?"
I turned around. Alcor was my birth name, dad still called me pine tree and all the other demons called me either Alcor or Sapling. The name Dipper was dead to me, a memory of liars.
I smiled when I saw Pacifica. I remember when she had first summoned me. She mixed up a symbol in the zodiac wheel and it called me instead of dad. The poor girl wanted closure on what happened to Dipper Pines. I had told her he was fine, somewhat of a trophy to Bill but he was living quite well, giving information on humans. We had gotten along quite well after that and we would talk together a lot.
"Hey West." I beamed at her. She sat down beside me and looked at what I was writing. We sat in silence for a minute as she watched me write.
"Its Mabel's 16th birthday." She stated. I tensed up. Pacifica knew I hated the Pines, but I had never told her why.
"Can you please tell her that Dipper is okay?" She begged. I made a disgusted look.
"My dad took him, he can tell them." I shrugged.
"Your dad is never going tell them! The poor kid needs closure!"
These was the only subject that we fought about. And I would usually win. I stroked her hand.
"Shooting Star need to hear it from Bill not me."
She huffed but nodded grudgingly.
"Thank you for understanding." I smiled, kissing her forehead gently. She smiled back.
The world flickered grey and returned to the regular colours. The blood drained from both of our faces. I had invented this system to detect when father was coming. I really did love him but he would not approve of me and Pacifica.
"You need to get out of here." I commanded. She nodded without hesitation and ran toward the town.
"Hi Pine Tree!" Fathers cheery voice broke out through the trees.
"Hey dad." I smiled, embracing him in a hug.
"How did your deal go?" I asked amused. Father lit up even more.
"Oh it went perfectly Pine Tree! I got the both of us two new vessels!" The old demon squealed like a kid at Christmas. I rolled my eyes playfully and laughed at him. Sadly our good mood was quickly ended.
Father flashed electric blue, signifying that someone was summoning him.
"Um, wanna come along with me for this one?" He asked nervously. I raised an eyebrow but agreed anyway. Dad extended his hand which was glowing blue. Without hesitation I took it and we were transported to the summoner.

We stood facing the zodiac and all the feelings of loss and despair threatened to take me over. I pulled closer to Stan and he willingly wrapped his arms around me, offering me comfort.
"It will be okay pumpkin." The old man reassured. He must have known how much this would scare me, but I needed closure.
"Are you ready?" Ford asked. I took a deep breath and nodded. He spoke the incantation quickly and full of hate.
The wind swirled and howled and the world seemed to moan at the nearing presence of the demon.
"Ahahahhahah!" A famillair laugh rang through the trees. I drew closer to Stan, needing his calm.
"Well, well, well long time no see, but I must say, last time I was here things were quite productive." The demon sneered. Stan held me tighter, restricting any retaliation. (Bill is still human)
"Leave her alone Cipher or I'll turn you into a shish kabob !" Ford growled twirled a sword and pointing it Bill. Sadly the demon merely laughed. Before the old man could give off any more threats a glowing blue blade was placed on his neck.
"You ever threaten my father again this blade will go through your neck." A sinister voice hissed. I pulled away from Stan and threw the blade away from Ford.
Only now did I get a good look at the new demon.
He had blonde hair with gold highlights and one eye was yellow and the other was blue. His face was twisted with a calm rage.
"Who are you?" I spat angrily. The demon chuckled sounding way to much like Bill for my comfort.
"Names Alcor, Shooting Star." The demon, Alcor, smirked. I looked at Ford for an explanation but he just stared at Alcor being very unhelpful. I rolled my eyes and turned back to Bill.
"What did you do to my brother!" I demanded. Both the demons laughed. Tears prickled my eyes.
"Wheres Dipper?" I asked again. This time Alcor completely tensed up. He gritted his teeth and flew over to me.
"You brother is dead and never coming back, and it must be so depressing when you think about your last moments with him." Alcor hissed menacingly.
His words hit me like a brick wall. No Dipper couldn't be dead!
"Your lying!" I screeched at him. He laughed again.
"You pathetic little girl, those are children's dreams." His words cut like knives.

I've had enough of this! The demon was practically torturing the poor girl!
"Tell her the truth Cipher!" I yelled at Bill.
"Now why should I?" Bill taunted."What will you offer me? I've already got everything I want."
I had to think for a moment.
"You owe Mabel your end! Tell her and you will be free of debt!" I smiled triumphantly. Bill narrowed his eyes at me.
He knew as well as I that if he didn't fulfil his end by a year later then the person he bargained with could change his end to whatever he or she wanted.
Alcor must have realized this because he glared at both me and his father.
"Fine." Bill spat ignoring his sons glare.
"What happened to my brother?" Mabel asked firmly.
"Your brother is dead, but my son was reborn in the process. " Bill explained shortly. Mabel looked at me for translation.
"Mabel, Alcor is Dipper."
