"Can I see that one" Damon asked the owner pointing to which one he wanted to look at.
"Yeah, you finally found a good one huh Damon" Michael, the owner of 'For The Perfect One' jewelry store asked. He is also a family friend of Damon's family. Damon has known Michael since he was twelve. He used to work there every other day after school. Yep, he had a job at twelve. Michael was like family so, when Damon was twelve he asked Michael can he work there for pocket money so he could buy the latest shoes that would come out every few weeks in a month.
He quit at the age of nineteen to start his magazine company. Damon do it big, and he doesn't mind spoiling his soon to be wife. Damon is planning on asking Michelle for her hand in marriage on her birthday in a month. Damon is very punctual with time so, he's looking at engagement rings a month ahead so it could be ready in time. He feels that Michelle is the one. The one he's been patiently waiting for. He loves that woman. He just hopes she says yes.
Michael pulled the ring from under the counter and handed it to Damon. The ring was perfect for Michelle. It practically screamed her name. It described her perfectly. It was beautiful, and would look amazing on her ring finger.

"This is the perfect one Michael" Damon said smiling brightly.
"This ring cost $500,000 because it's a custom made ring" Michael said.
"I don't care about the price of the ring as long as Michelle is happy. I would give her the world if I could" Damon said without hesitation.
"Wow that big headed twelve-year-old that used to work here everyday grew up. She has to be a keeper if she changed ya knuckle head ass" Michael said while getting the ring ready to get sized.
That's what Damon liked about Michael. He doesn't hold his tongue for nothing or nobody. This man has no filter at all.
"She's my everything, man" Damon said smiling while thinking about Michelle. That's the only person that's been on his mind since they first met. He couldn't wait to ask the question, 'Michelle will you marry me?' His smile became brighter just thinking about the question.
"Damn Damon she must be giving you that real good good if she got you smiling like that" Michael said smirking.
"Man, shut up" Damon said knowing that Michael was right. Michelle is Damon's addiction that he's never gonna quit getting a dose of.
"Whatever" Michael said dismissively. "I'll call and let you know when the ring is ready" Michael said before giving Damon his receipt after he paid for the ring.
"Alright man, thanks" Damon said while giving him a man hug and leaving. Damon knows without hesitation that he's ready to make Michelle his wife. He just hopes Michelle is ready to be his wife.
