"So what do you want. Hot dog, taco, sub? I'll pay. " He says.
"Oh no, I'm not really hungry."
I give him a small smile.
"Don't tell me you're one of those girls that only thinks about their weight. Because if so-"
"Oh no, no, no. I just. I'm not hungry. I feel kinda sick."
My eyes dart to the ground and I clear my throat.
"But thank you."

I sit and watch as Ilya and his friends eat their lunch.
They lay snaked together as they smoked and ate. They are so cool.
One girl practices Wicca and another was kinda a hippie. My kind of people.
"So guys, this is Robin. Isn't she hot."
I feel my face quickly heat up as a river of warm blood swirl in my cheeks.
" Yeah she is." The wiccan says. "I'm Arvid by the way. It's Old Norse for Eagle Tree. My moms' kinda a nature freak so." She smiles a warm smile and my insides tingle.
"It's really nice to meet you. I'm Robin. It's a type of bird." I say awkwardly.
She giggles. "I know."
"So Robin," Ilya says scooting over to me."I was wondering if you'd like to come over tonight. Maybe to you know, help me with my homework that's long over due."
"Why not ask Arvid?"
"Because I want you to." He says shrugging his shoulders.
"Why?" I ask flushed.
"Because I'm fond of you. Duh." He says flashing me a mouth watering smile.
"O-okay. But I can't really go anywhere. I have to watch my dad. He's sick."
"That's fine. Maybe I'll come to you? If that's cool." His cheeks splashed with different shades of red and pink.
Am I making him blush? Me?
"Okay."
"Can I have your number?"
"Oh yeah, it's 404-223-3981. And my address is-"
"I know. I found your old Facebook account and might I say you were a cute little kid."
He's mocking me. I wasn't cute. I had braces and pigtails!
I squint at him and say, "Are you mocking me?"
He shrugs his shoulders, "Maybe."
"Oh you don't want to go there." I say standing up.
"Oh yes I do. I wanna go everywhere with you."
He winks and lick those precious pink lips, making me envious of his tongue and lustful for his words.
"Careful sweetie." He says.
My heart pounds like an African drum and my knees turn into Ramen.
Arvid giggles and says, "He just trying to sexually frustrate you sweetie. Don't mind him any."
I turn to her flushed and heated and she burst into a ball of laughter.
Ugh.
"I'm sorry." Ilya whispers in my ear.
My teeth clench and my body vibrates through out itself as his breath licks and kiss my cheeks and neck.
His warm plumb tinted pink lips found there way onto my neck.
My skin was hot and it lingered with the scent of lavender.
"W-what are you doing?" I manage to say.
I feel his scruffle from his new growing beard as his mouth turns into a smile.
Even though I didn't see it, I still melted.
"I'm just teasin'." He says.
He slowly pulls away leaving me feeling lonely again.
My skin stung as his lips disconnected from me.
"You must do this to all the new girls." I say trying to sound confident.
"Only the cute ones."
Wow.
My eyes dart to the ground as if they were looking for something.
My shoulders slump over and my cheeks heat up.
"Hey," He says lifting up my chin. "I'm just kidding. Only you."
His eyes were icy blue.
"Right." I say.
Why am I getting so butt hurt over him. I barely know him.
He stares at me as if he's reading my thoughts and says, "Yes really. Robin. Yeah we just met and yes I'm attracted to you. How about we stay friends for a while and see where it goes."
I felt kinda iffy about that but I guess.
He shows me an generous amount of teeth and it lifts my spirit sky high.
I nod my head in approval.
I really don't have time for guys anyway right now. Not with my dad's condition and my mom still missing.
"But, I can't promise that I'll be able to keep my lips off of you."
I giggle and smile.
Best first day ever.
