With in a few days Noah was put back into Olivia's custody. But the tension between Tucker and Benson didn't ease off.
"Mommy" Noah says whilst he plays with his buzz light year toy.
"Yeah baby?"
"Where is Ed?" He asks
"Ed. He...erm.. Ed is at work" she replies uneasily
"At night time?" The five year old questions
"Yeah at night time. Speaking of which, it's getting late. Let's get you to bed" she says carrying him to the bedroom.
"But mommy I'm not...tired" he says through a yawn
"Okay sweetie" she says as she changes him into his pajamas.
The next day Olivia wakes up at 4:00. She finds it extremely difficult to sleep since the incident.
At the precinct later that day.
Lucy, Olivia's sitter, had a family emergency so couldn't look after Noah today. So Olivia had no choice but to take him to work with her.
The pair sit in her office, Noah playing with his cars, Olivia typing on her computer.

"Come in" she says not looking up from her computer.
