Another You

First Day (1)

Naruto was pleased with his body changes. He looked at his athletic body and raised an eyebrow, he also felt lean. Like he could do one hundred pushups.

Menma was in his mindset,"Pleased with the changes, Naruto?"

"Hell yeah! Lets see what the academy thinks of me after this!" Naruto grinned excitedly. Menma sighed,"But you need training, you can't fail that bushin test. Hold on..."

Naruto felt a shockwave travel through his body, and he found him self hearing the conversations outside of his apartment.

"Like the new gift?" Menma grinned,"You can now hear better, smell better, detect liars better, and now you can use a special power that usually only belongs to the Yamanaka."

"You mean I can teleport my mind to others?" Naruto asked.

Menma nodded,"But your body won't fall to the ground, instead, I'll control yours while you are controlling the other."

Naruto nodded. He won't use that technique yet. Naruto gasped as he realized he was going to be late for the Academy.

"Wait, shout Kamui and focus your chakra and where you want to go." Menma said.

"Alright," Naruto nodded,"Kamui!"

A vortex appeared and sucked Naruto in. Naruto appeared in the Academy, right on time,"Sweeet."

When Naruto walked through his classroom doors, the girls eyes went haywire and their jaws dropped to the ground, having massive nose bleeds.

The boys were impressed with Naruto's progress and invited him to sit next to them. The girls tailed around Naruto like little lovebirds.

Even Ino and Sakura were blushing. Naruto smiled at their reactions. Iruka growled,"SIT IN YOUR SEATS THIS INSTANT!"

The girls scurried to their seats and listened with all eyes to Naruto.

"It seems you have fangirls Naruto..." Menma snickered.

Naruto rolled his eyes. Iruka clapped his hands,"We will go outside to spar, I will select the opponents."

The boys cheered while the girls fought over who's gonna win.

"Alright, first match... Uzumaki Naruto vs Uchiha Sasuke!"

Naruto walked up and so did Sasuke,"You're gonna lose dobe."

"Test me then, teme!" Naruto taunted with a smirk. Naruto's newly found fangirls squealed. Sasuke growled and initiated the combat with a series of punches which Naruto easily dodged and replied with what he thought was a small punch, but sent Sasuke flying to a tree.

"Oops, I think I overdid it..." Naruto chuckled.

Menma was grinning inside his head, he actually was controlling how powerful Naruto hit, so it wasn't really super strength that made Sasuke fly like a flying squirrel.

Meanwhile, Sasuke was charging at Naruto with clones. Naruto remembered the new technique he learned yesterday,"Kage Bushin no Jutsu!"

To say Iruka was surprised was an understatement, he was beyond impressed. This kyuubi boy had mastered a S rank jutsu! Naruto and the shadow clones were pummeling Sasuke to a pulp. Iruka called Naruto as the winner and Sasuke was sent to the medical ward.

'Kyaa! Sasuke-kun lost? We must avenge him!' Sakura was about to scold Naruto but when she saw his red eyes, she decided not to. 'What were those eyes?'

At the end of the day, Sakura decided to look in her family library to look up about these 'red eyes' she saw and found surprising answers. A doujutsu called the sharingan came up and she stared fascinated but, it wasn't the sharingan... It was definitely a doujutsu though. Sakura decided to call it a day and fell asleep.

Naruto awoke the next morning with a jolt and rushed to the bathroom to look in the mirror to see a new pair of red, cat like eyes."Menma, what are these?"

"It's a new doujutsu called 'Kyuubigan'. Guess you can see why I named it that." Menma said, smirking at Naruto's reaction. Menma made Naruto use his shadow clones to study advanced jonin studies just in case if he was questioned in class he would be able to answer effortlessly.

"Ah.. So what powers does it grant me?" Naruto questioned curiously, staring at them in the bathroom mirror.

"Other than improving your eyesight it allows you to read minds and see the true emotions of people, along with their chakra points and capacity, how much strength and energy they've got left, aaaand their most prominent element." Menma rambled. Naruto stared in awe as he activated and deactivated his Kyuubigan.

"A-awesome..." said Naruto, clearly amazed with his doujutsu. Naruto combed out his hair and threw on a fishnet shirt on top of which he wore a black hoodie with cargo shorts and ninja sandals. He was practicing daily with weights on his arms and legs to improve his endurance and stamina.

"Okay Naruto, today we'll be practicing a special jutsu using your element." Menma said. Naruto was confused as he walked towards their little training area in the woods,"How will I find out my element?" Menma sighed,"We'll cross that bridge when we get to it."

After they arrived at their training area in the forest, Naruto did some hand signs and poof, Menma appeared with chakra paper. Naruto was handed one,"Now what do I do?" Menma held up a piece of paper,"You channel your chakra into the paper, see?"

Menma channeled his chakra into the paper and it burnt away,"Now if your paper burns up, it's fire, if it shrivels up, it's water, if it cuts clean in half, it's wind and finally if it crumbles to dust, it's earth, got it?"

"But what if you have more than one element?" Naruto raised an eyebrow. Menma nodded,"It is split."

Naruto grinned and channeled his chakra into the paper,"I got this."
