Chapter 6 - The Makeovers

Aphmau's POV

I look around the room and see that everyone has already started to set up their bed's. I walk over to my bag, take out my purple, galaxy designed, sleeping bag and lay it out on the floor. I then go back to my bag and take out a a huge, purple, galaxy patterned pillow, and set it down on my sleeping bag. I sit down on my bed and once again look around the room, this time to see everyone else sitting on their bed's.

"So...what should we do now?" I ask as I look around the room at all the girls. Cadenza and Lucinda both look at each other and gasp in excitement. "Makeovers!" They both shout. Kawaii~Chan and I both smile and nod in agreement. But Nichole and Katelyn just moan and say "Too girly." "Hmph! Well we're going to give each other makeovers and you 'tomboys' can do something else." says Lucinda, slightly hurt. "Fine." says Katelyn and Nichole, they then leave the room.

Cadenza rushes over to her bed and pulls out a big colourful box from under her bed. She picks it up and puts it on her desk, she opens it and we all gasp in amazement at the makeup and other beauty products in the box. "So who's going first?" I ask. "Oh, Kawaii~Chan would like to go first!" Says Kawaii~Chan, excitedly. "Can I go next?" Asks Cadenza. "And then me?" Asks Lucinda. "Is that okay, Aphmau~Senpaii?" Asks Kawaii~Chan. I nod, since I didn't really mind who went first or last, as long as everyone got to go at some point.

We gave Kawaii~Chan bright pink eyeshadow, pink lipstick, pink blush and yep, that's right a beautiful, pink, cocktail dress. We brushed her adorable long pink hair, trying to avoid her black cat ears and tail, we left her hair down but gave her a cute pink bow next to her left ear. ((Picture below⬇))

We gave Cadenza pale, orange eyeshadow, red lipstick, and a beautiful, long, forest green dress. We brushed her long fiery hair and gave her a braided crown but left some hair down (like Asuna's hairstyle, I  don't know the proper name) ((Picture below⬇))

We gave Lucinda black eyeshadow, dark red lipstick, and a long black, 1 strapped dress. We brushed her long orange hair, and gave her a black bow on the back of her head. ((Picture below⬇))

Finally it was my turn. I was given light purple eyeshadow, natural coloured lipstick, and a long, purple ombre dress with sequins. They brushed my long black hair, carefully avoiding my purple cat ears and tail, and I was given a pink flower crown to put on my head. ((Picture below⬇))

We all started to squeal with excitement, for our adorable makeovers. "Why don't we go and tease the boys downstairs with our cuteness?!" Shouts Lucinda. We all nod and giggle with excitement. We open the door and start to head downstairs. "Oops, I forgot something. You girls just head downstairs. I'll go get it and be right down." I say "okay, be quick." says Cadenza.

I run back up the stairs and into Cadenza's room. I walk over to the desk and pick up my necklace, it was a birthday present that Laurance gave me when we were kids, I've worn it ever since the fire happened. A tear slips down my cheek as I put on the necklace and look in the mirror. It was a silver chain necklace with a half heart, he had the other half. He gave me it as a symbol of friendship, but in my heart I always felt that it meant more. Hmm it's a lot more noticeable when I wear it with this dress. You never used to be able to see it, it would always be hidden under my top.

I run out of the room, closing the door behind me, and run down stairs. I stop running and open the living room door. I look in to see all the guys checking out the girls, especially Travis. I see Katelyn and Nichole snarling in the corner of the room. Jealous, heehee. They should have gotten makeovers too. They had a chance.

I walk in and suddenly everyone turns and stares at me. I feel my face start to get hotter and redder. Oh no, I'm blushing! I try to ignore it by giggling and walking over to the other girls. I look over at the boys. I see Garroth blushing, Travis smirking, Dante and Vlad paying no attention to me and Laurance with his jaw dropped wide open. I giggle at the sight of all the boys, and stand next to the girls. The other girls notice the boy's reactions and start to giggle. We all start laughing.

The boy's stop zoning out and actually realise that we were laughing at them. They all blush and laugh awkwardly, trying to forget what just happened. But they couldn't forget.

*Grumble* "Huh, what was that?" Asks Lucinda. "Kawaii~Chan's belly!" says Kawaii~Chan. "Kawaii~Chan!" Says Katelyn, laughing. "Should I make some food?" Asks Cadenza. "Yeah!" Shouts everyone. "Heehee okay, come on Laurance." says Cadenza. We all start laughing and giggling.
