11 - The Note

3rd Person P.O.V

~At school~

"I need to head to my locker before we go to class." Says Aphmau as she heads into the school.
When Aphmau and her friends get near her locker they see a girl with long red hair, standing at it. When the girl turns around she instantly runs away when she sees Aphmau. The girls all exchange glances as they head to Aphmau's locker. "I wonder what Ivy was doing at your locker." Cadenza says as she turns her head to look at Aphmau. "I wonder what she was doing too." Says Aphmau as she leans out to open her locker. She pulls out the keys and opens her locker.

All that can be heard in the corridors is the sound of keys dropping and Aphmau's body falling to the cold hard floor. "Aphmau, are you okay!?" Ask all the girls in unison as they drop to the floor around Aphmau. "L...Laurance..." Sobs Aphmau, completely oblivious to the world around her. Katelyn's eyes widen as she gets up off the floor and takes a look inside Aphmau's locker. "...Ivy..." She mutters under her breath. "Huh?" Asks Nicole and Lucinda, as they get up from the floor too. "What is this?" Asks Lucinda as she looks into Aphmau's locker. "I...It's...Aphmau's worst nightmare." Mutters Katelyn. "Then how do these pictures look so real?" Asks Lucinda. "Because it actually happened." Says Katelyn. "That's so mean! Why would someone want to remind her of this!?" Asks Nicole. "I'm not sure....Wait there's a note." Says Katelyn, as she reaches into Aphmau's locker. Lucinda and Nicole crowd around Katelyn and read the Note.

Dear Aphmau,

If you want these memories to stop, then you better stay away from my Laurance! He's mine and only mine! I don't care if you like him, or if he likes you! He will learn to love me! And only me! So stay away from him, okay!?

"What is wrong with her!?" Shouts Lucinda. "I'm going to teach her a lesson!" Shouts Katelyn as she stomps off to find Ivy. "No Katelyn, wait!" Shouts Nicole as she reaches out and grabs Katelyn's shirt. "Why!?" Shouts Katelyn, angrily. "Aphmau wouldn't want this. Would you Aphmau?" Asks Nicole as she looks down at Aphmau, still sobbing on the floor. "N...No." Sobs Aphmau. "Ugh! Fine!" Moans Katelyn.

"Hey Katelyn-OMI Aph, are you okay!?" Shouts Laurance, as he runs towards Aphmau. "S...Stay...away." Sobs Aphmau, again. "What?" Asks Laurance, a little hurt. "She told you to stay away." Repeats Lucinda. "What did I do?" Asks Laurance, becoming even more hurt. "Just stay away from her." Says Lucinda. "O-ok!" Sobs Laurance as he runs away.
"Lucinda! You didn't have to be so rude!" Shouts Cadenza as she runs after Laurance.

Laurance's P.O.V

What did I do!?

Why doesn't she want to see me!?

Did I hurt her!?

Does she hate me!?

"Laurance!"

Huh?

Cadenza?

"Laurance! Wait for me!" Shouts Cadenza as she runs after me. I stand still and wait for her, balling my eyes out. "Laurance. I'm sorry that Lucinda was rude to you, she's just mad." Says Cadenza. "Mad about what?" I ask angrily. "Ivy left a bunch of pictures of a burning house and a note in Aphmau's locker. The pictures brought back upsetting memories for Aphmau. And the note told her to stay away from you. Otherwise Ivy would make her life a living nightmare, by haunting her with those pictures." Explains Cadenza. "S...so she doesn't hate me..." I mumble. "What? No. She doesn't hate you. She just doesn't want her life to be a living nightmare. I can't say I know the pain she's feeling, but I do know that it really, really hurts her." Says Cadenza.

"I know what to do...I have to tell her..." I mumble to myself. "Huh?" Questions Cadenza. "I have to go." I say. And I walk off.

Ooh! The drama is starting! I know it was bad, but it was supposed to be a teaser chapter.
