I came back home after shopping to see Ethan standing there I freaked out and dropped the bags Ethan told me to come over "Yeah Ethan what is it?" "We have been dating for 7 years I want to say" then Ethan got on one knee and grabbed a box

I grabbed the box and opened it and then I said "Will you marry me?" "YES!" I smiled and then we kiss we are now married.
