Chapter 1: Classes

This is my first ever story on here so please excuse my bad writing. Just trying something new!

Satoshi sat at the front of the room, taking notes as the teacher was yapping on and on about school work. Yoshiki, on the other hand had his book up, blocking the teacher from having any idea of what he was doing. Sleeping.

Yoshiki was always known for not listening in class, but the teacher never seemed to catch him. All the other students in his class were either too busy or didn't care enough to wake him which was better in his opinion.

"Kishinuma, you might want to be awake for this class, we have a test coming up." Satoshi whispered, shaking Yoshiki's shoulder in attempt to wake him up.

"Why? I'm not going to pass anyway." The blond male spoke with a droopy face. He looked to Satoshi with sleepy eyes. "It's no big deal, doesn't matter for anything."

The bell rang, causing Yoshiki to shoot straight up as he gathered his belongings. He started to walk out, Satoshi right beside him. "Don't you think you should start listening in class? You're just lowering your grade." Satoshi said, looking at his friend with a weak smile.

Yoshiki just shrugged in response, glancing at Satoshi. Yoshiki had thought of Satoshi as his best friend. Satoshi was always there to help him with anything. "I'm just stressed about work and everything, I'm never getting enough sleep." Yoshiki said, looking around.

"I can help you study if you want." Satoshi suggested the idea. Yoshiki just nodded and smiled sheepishly, brushing his hair from his face. "Can I come over to your place? Yuka will surely bother us if it's at my house." Satoshi laughed softly.

Yoshiki nodded. "Okay, for sure." He said. Yoshiki had felt happy that Satoshi was coming over. He only really visited the Mochida house so he would be able to show Satoshi his own apartment. Exciting, he thought, in some form.

Satoshi smiled and nodded. "I'm looking forward to it. Meet you at the school gates, I have to go get something from a different class." He said in excitement. Satoshi had enjoyed the company of Yoshiki, they were best friends, after all.
