It has been a year since I was remembered. I will never forget that day. The day my life changed forever. Ever since that day they sometimes treated me worse, but I kept getting in the center and never gave up. Now I'm Emmi. Just Emmi. Not Emmi the forgotten child.
I don't get bullied at school anymore. Avia became my best friend again and stood up against the bully's with me. I am now the most popular seventh grader.
Mom has had a baby. It is a little girl, she got her perfect 3 boys 3 girls family she always wanted. Welcome to the world Paislee Emmi Butler. Her middle name is Emmi because my parents felt so bad for forgetting me. They never realized how much it actually hurt me.
I don't care anymore that they forgot me. I am just glad I am no longer alone.
