----Desai Evans----

This is going to be an interesting experience, being here in Beacon Hills all the way from NYC. It does not seem like a strange move at all but when you completely abandon your home in less than six hours it is. All I know is that I was forced out of the place I have been since I was born so you could only imagine how pissed off I actually am.This place all of the way on the other side of the country and just because my family had been going through a problem we had to come here. No, it is not a typical family problem and I really don't feel like going into it right now. For now, all you need to know is that my family is anything but normal.

All the way here my parents managed to explain everything that Ashton and I did not know. Yes, we know what our family is, we know that is wrong to be living like this which is why we have managed to act normal. But the things that they have just told us, a whole history of things that they have kept from us just came out of their mouths. Apparently, not only is it wrong for us to live this way but now we are in more danger than they had ever expected we would be.The only thing that they did not tell us is why were were left in the first place.

"Come on, Desai." My Father coos "It's not going to be so bad."

"You know we had no other choice, if people found out how we lived it wouldn't be good and you know that." My Mother adds.

"Yes, I understand that but it doesn't mean I have to like it."

"Trust me, there is nothing going on here and no one knows where we are." My father says.

"We don't know anyone who knows where we are because don't know anyone here."

"And you don't know that, do you?"

I take my schedule out of the secretary's hand then give her a fake smile before walking out of the office with my parents falling closely behind me. My mother puts her hand on my shoulder stopping me from moving any farther, I cringe at her and I turn around so I am facing them both. My father now has a stern look on his face and his eyebrow are furrowed which means I am going to get lectured for something I already know. And there is no need for me to talk at the moment because I know that no matter what I say to him it is going to go in one ear and out the other just like it always does.

"Remember, Desai, don't do anything suspicious." He reminds me "Everything we all do depends on our safely."

"I know that and I won't."

"Just try to be happy you're here, believe y when we tell you we had no choice." My Mother adds.

My Father gives me a reassuring smile before they both turn around and walking out the building, leaving me here to try to blend in with people I don't want to be around. I look down at my schedule to see where I have to go first and where my locker is. I manage to find my locker, I open it and put my book bag in then close it to see a very handsome boy standing in his locker. He has a very defined jawline with baby blue eyes and short blonde hair. His body is athletically built and he stands about five nine. His eyes look me up and down until our eyes meet, a smirk comes onto his lips before he closes his locker and walking away.

Asshole." I mutter to myself.

I go to the class which is Chemistry with my teacher being Mr. Harris. where the blonde who is my locker neighbor is sitting which another extremely handsome guy with black hair and tan skin. I walk in front of the class where Mr. Harris puts his hand on my shoulder.

"Everyone this is our new student, Desai Evans, please make her feel welcome." He announces.

I immediately look up from the ground then start to look around the room rapidly until I meet some boy with brown eyes, he is looking at me intensely and I raise my eyebrow. This is very strange, there has some reason why he is the only one looking at me like that. It could be that he thinks that I am a self-centered bitch but he would be wrong because I am not self-centered. And then there is the impossible which I am sure will never happen.

"Desai, you can go sit down next to Mr. Lahey." Harris says "Raise your hand, please."

"Right here."

Yet another attractive boy, he raises his hand and I go over to the table. Lahey has a defined jawline with piercing blue eyes, light brown hair and just the perfect lips. I sit next to him, feeling a familiar sense around him. I turn to face him seeing how he is looking at me, he has a flirtatious smirk on his face and he holds out his hand.

"Isaac, is my name." He introduces.

I shake his hand "Desai but you can call me Dee."

"Well, Dee, I think you, me and a couple others around here are going to get along just fine."

Isaac turns back to the front of the class where Mr. Harris is talking and he leaves me confused. What the hell does that mean?
