Ugh, this person is infuriating. Sure, I could have just- ugh. Great, now I feel bad.
Why do these things always happen to me? Okay, maybe not always.
This has never happened before. Usually when someone calls my number, they hang up and never call back after they've found out they have the wrong number. But him? Nope. Not at all.
What is this guy's deal?
Boys are so confusing.Shaking my thoughts away, I walked into the air conditioned building and looked around. The restaurant is crowded with people, as it always is whenever I go here. It was hard to spot the person I'm currently looking for, since I kept bumping into these humans. I'm not even blocking their way and yet they're somehow still able to find a way to bump into me. Especially these tiny children who keep running around.
See, this is why I stay inside.
Ah, the things I do for food.Searching around once more, I finally caught a glimpse of a boy with shiny blond hair that I know and love so much. Just as I was about to walk over to him though, a fiery red haired waitress went over to him and to my surprise, she bent over and gave him a kiss. On the lips.
She kissed him on the lips.
She kissed my boyfriend on the lips. What the actual hell?!
I stomped over to the lovey dovey couple with a glare. You could practically see the steam coming out of my ears.
"What the hell, Lance?!"
The red haired girl quickly pulled away, flustered. Lance, the person I trusted with my heart, stood up, wide eyed and a bit scared.
"I can explain-"
"No. We're through," I glared at him."And you," I turned to face the girl. Her eyes looked scared but her lips were formed in a small smirk, as if she was satisfied with what had happened.
Bitch.
I took one look at her name tag.
"Laura"I scoffed.
"Actually, you two deserve each other. You know why?" I looked at both of them."Because both of you are just the same. Useless and a disappointment to society."
And with that, ladies and gentlemen, I held my head up and walked out of the crowded restaurant, leaving the two idiots standing there.
When I was out the door, I accidentally bumped into a guy.
He had messy brown hair and greyish blue eyes. He looks cute.Great going. You just broke up with your boyfriend five seconds ago and now you're making googly eyes at a guy you just bumped into?
"I'm so sorry, I didn't see you there," he apologized.
Yeah, probably because I'm way shorter than you.
"It's okay, I wasn't looking where I was going either," I said, giving him a small smile.
He grinned back at me and nodded a bit.
Okay, this is getting weird.
"I should go now," I said after a few seconds.
"See you around," he said, smiling before walking into the restaurant.
Once I got in my car, I let out a long breath. I grabbed my phone and tapped the 'dial' button on a certain number.
