Chapter 6

2 Weeks later.....

KeKe POV//

Every since Jacob start this Jackie thing we've been distant. I couldn't believe Jacob at this point. It's like he forgot about me. I want my best friend back. The old Jacob. He promised that we'll always be together no matter what.

"I guess people change" I said to my self.

"Why you talking to yourself" a voice said behind me. I looked up expecting to see Jacob but instead I seen Jessica. What the hell does she want.

"Don't worry about it" I said back to her with a attitude.

"Woah I'm trying to be nice to you" Jessica's words shocked me. Jessica being nice? To me? I laughed and walked off.

"If you need anyone to talk to I'm always here". After she said that I stopped walking and turned facing her.

"Why are you trying to be nice now?" I asked her.

"Like you said people change". With that said she walked off and went her way.

After she turned the corner here came Jackie and Chresanto. They walked past me talking and laughing. Jacob or should I say "Jackie" didn't even bother to say hi. Wow....I walked to class shaking my head at how much Jacob changed. I can't believe I lost my best friend.

All day I kept thinking about how our friendship was gone. I still couldn't get over the fact that it was over. I went to my locker and grabbed jacket when Jessica came up to me. What do she want now.

"Hey KeKe" she said.

"Hi" I replied suspiciously. Why is she being so nice to me?

"I was wondering if you and I could meet up at the mall and you know...hang if that's cool?" she asked. What? Is this joke?

"Why are you so nice now? What happened to the mean and evil Jessica who broke peoples heart. The Jessica who didn't give a fuck about people's feelings?" I ask bluntly.

"Well people change KeKe...please just give me a chance?"

I don't know maybe she has changed. I guess it wouldn't hurt I need someone to hang with since Jacob forgot about me. "Sure I guess we could met at the mall at five" I said.

"Cool i'll see you there" she said as she walked. I hope I wasn't going to regret being friends with her....

Soon enough it was five and I was ready to meet Jessica at the mall. I guess this would be fun and help me get my mind off Jacob. Well he goes nothing.

Jacob POV//

I was laying on my bed when the house phone rang.I got up to check and see who it was and it was Roc.

"Hello" I answered.

"Jacob?" he said confused. Oh shit I forgot to disguise my voice. Damn Jacob get it together.

"No it's Jackie" I said in my female voice.

"Oh well I was wondering if you wanted to hang out at the mall? " he asked.

"Sure what time"

"Well its five now so let's say in thirty minutes?" he asked.

"Okay see you there"

"Okay bye babe" he said. Wait what?

"Babe?" I asked curiously.

"Oh I'm sorry bye Jackie" he said quickly then hung up. He sounded so cute. I laughed to myself then went to put on my Jackie disguise.
