Chapter 16: Sleeping Beauty

(so this chapter is basically just a filler chapter for what I'm going to write tomorrow lol but can you guys give me some feedback? it would be highly appreciated !!!)

Shawn's Pov-

  My next tour doesn't start until December and I'll be going to a bunch of Jingle Balls. Jingle Balls are basically shows that have a lineup of 6-10 artists who each play at least two or three songs. But that isn't until a while so I'll be at home in the meantime. Camila starts her senior year in a month. I'm sad that I won't get to spend it with her considering I graduated last year but at least she has her best friend Dinah with her. Mine and Mila's friends actually get along really well and our families do too so everything works out smoothly. It's been two weeks since Camila and I had sex and we haven't done it since but we definitely are more open with each other about stuff. Like now Camila sleeps in her undergarments, which is nice for me. I've always slept shirtless and in my boxers so she's basically gotten used to that. Speaking of Mila, she's coming over to my house right now and we're going to go out and go back to school shopping for her since she didn't want to go alone and all her friends were busy. With that being said I heard the doorbell ring.

Camila's Pov-

    I just arrived at Shawn's house. We're going to be going to the mall so that I can get some back to school items like clothes, and school supplies. Shawn let me inside the house and I waited for him to finish getting ready. In the meantime I greeted his family although only his mom and his little sister Aaliyah were home. He then gave me a peck on the lips and we walked to his black jeep and were on our way to the mall. "Shawn I see one!" I said as I pointed to a parking spot I saw. He nodded and parked his car. Shawn was a really good driver, I always felt safe when I was in his car.

  We walked into our local mall in Toronto and of course the first thing that happens is Shawn gets spotted by a bunch of fans. I love the fans and their appreciations for Shawn warms my heart and a couple of his fans have even started asking me for pictures which is kinda crazy if you ask me. The fans were actually extremely polite and respectful and they let us shop without any disruptions. I tugged Shawn's arm and motioned for him to come into TopShop with me. After 10 minutes of being in the store I had at least 15 clothing items. "Shawn is this cute?" I said as I held up a dress. I didn't need the dress but I might need it in the future, YA NEVER KNOW. "No it's way too short and only I can see your legs like that." he said as I laughed and he took the dress and hung it back up onto the rack. "Okay I know you want to kill me but I'm almost done let me just try these dresses on and we'll be done!!" I said as I gave Shawn a big smile. "No Mila take your time really it isn't a bother." Shawn said as he took the clothes I was holding and threw them over his shoulder. My eyes grew wide immediately. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHERE IS MY IMPATIENT BIG CRY BABY BOYFRIEND??" I asked Shawn and he cracked up laughing. "Camila!! shush people are staring." he said as he walked away from me so people wouldn't suspect us being together, I just continued to laugh. It's actually really easy to make Shawn uncomfortable or embarrassed and I do it all the time only because I know how much he hates it.
     After I tried on the clothes I loved them all and bought them all. We went into four more stores and a couple shoe stores Shawn wanted to check out and then we made our way back at Shawn's house.

Shawn's Pov-
    I begged Camila to stay the night since it was summer and she literally didn't have plans at all tomorrow but she wasn't listening. "Mila pleaaaaase?? I'll do anything!" I said as I got down on my knees in front of Camila. She smirked and I immediately regretted what I had said. "Anything?" she grinned. I sighed knowing what I was getting myself into. "Yes anything for you babe." I said as she laughed. "YES!! I'LL GRAB THE TANGLED DVD FROM YOUR LIVING ROOM AND WE'LL PLAY IT IN YOUR ROOM CAN YOU GRAB ME A BANANA AND A COLD WATER BOTTLE?" she said as she ran downstairs. I chuckled at her, I swear sometimes it felt like I was dating a 9 year old girl & not a 17 year old one. Okay I imagined that to sound less creepy, but you get what I mean.
    After twenty minutes of us cuddling and watching one of Camila's favorite Disney animation movies 'Tangled' on my bed, I could tell she was dozing off.  "Mila?" I whispered to check if she was still awake. With my luck, there was no reply which indicated she was asleep. I sighed and whispered I love you. I then gently kisses her forehead and slept as well with her cuddled right next to me.
