Manik knocked again on the door.
"Nandini please open the door" manik can hear foot steps approaching towards the door and he heard the voice of door opening and saw a pale nandini standing in front of him.
"Say" she said avoiding the gaze and looking here and there.
Manik placed his arms around her waist and soon her legs left the floor.
Manik took her in his room. While all the while she was struggling to let her go but all in vein.
Manik headed inside her room having her in his arms was a perfect moment for him.
He made her sit on the bed and locked the door.
"Manik please let me be alone for a while" she said slowly. Her voice was stating that she was not angry but ofcourse irritated.
"Lets talk today please" manik said laying on another side of the bed.
Nandini looked at him and he pulled her.
She landed on him. Their eyes were lock.
"Why so gussa (angry)?" Manik asked her playing with her tiny fingers.
"Its just you don't like me" she shook her head "i mean why you have to change me i like being me" she said adjusting herself on him.
Manik's one hand was on her waist and another was entwinted with hers.
"Its not the way you think... actually it is difficult for me to accept that you are change. The way you are now aise tumhein dekha nhi kabhi" manik said looking up.
"Manikkkk" nandini called him lovingly.
"Hum kaise i mean tell me our love story na".
She moved her head up and looked at his eyes.
"Lowwweeee storyyyyy" he cleared his throat. "Is that mean that you are accepting me as" before he can complete "in your dreams" she rolled her eyes and again placed her head on his chest to listen the musical tones of his heart beat.
"I will tell you bas just don't kill me after that"

"So it started with a newspaper's front page.
Cabir and me were out that day coz he was facing his breakup so i was with him in a room he was crying and i was calming him. Ohh god" she was lost manik clicked his fingers "let me end the story yaar" nandini nodded "what? Come lets sleep and talk." Now manik and nandini were sleeping by each other and manik was putting her lose hairs behind her ears "than we had a conference when i first saw you. I was so rude. You came to me and i was like i m not interested. We started staying together i treated you bad you still smiled at me everytime. One day i still regret i lost my control and" nandini interuppted again "dont tell me we had sex" manik's eyes were wide as soccer. After good seconds he chuckled "pagal you are crazing nope we never had sex" nandini was embarassed "let me continue" nandini nodded "you asked about my parents and i lost my control. I came home completely drunk and galti se i pushed you and" manik was not getting words he was still guilty "i accepted your sorry" manik nodded "than why you are guilty?" She ask him "its just i don't believe i can hurt i mean how to explain you this" he took a deep breathe while nandini looked at him "i can never imagine i hurt you that day you were bleeding" manik touched her forehead "here you got hurt of the table. I misunderstood you i thought you are greedy" nandini realised his state of mind "manik its okay eventually we fell in love and i know you will never hurt me" manik nodded "continue fast i wanna listen" manik smiled at her excitement "han so next day we had another dinner you had a mushroom than i got to know that you have elergy from mushroom and i was scared" nandini smiled "yeah i know i have elergy" manik's fingers were roaming around her cheeks.
"One morning suddenly you disappeared to meet your brother and i still remember you were no where. No one knew where you are. I called your driver he told me that you are in the hospital to meet your brother." Nandini asked him "i too have a family" manik nodded "your brother and your amms"
"I wanna meet them" manik nodded "we will go there soon once you are fine"
Nandini smiled.
"That day we turned friends. Eventually our friendship started growing. You cared for me like... (he took a pause) how to say this. I was like your baby. Everytime you use to call me and ask me. Had your food? How are you? And all" nandini noticed a lone tear escaped from his eye. She wiped it off.
"I went on an out door shoot tabhi harshad tried to molest you. Thanks to your aiyappa I was on time."
Nandini was confused. He was expecting her to ask that who is harshad but she asked something else "who is aiyappa?" Manik laughed on her.
"Aiyappa means god now you say ohh god earlier it was aiyapppaaaa" manik tried to copy old nandini he almost succeeded in that. She grinned at him.
"You were scared and i was there to calm than fab 5 become your friends and we went on a trip." Nandini gestered to continue "there you met your old friends navya, abhi and aryamaan." Nandini again asked him "who is aryamaan?" Manik rolled his eyes "let me stick to one story ask navya" nandini nodded making a face.
"On the trip you planned a jungle trip i still cant believe i was there with mosquitoes yakk" manik made a face and she laughed.
"Will go again" manik rolled his eyes on her sentence "not in this life" manik stated and nandini smirked.
"Soo lemme continue there you and cabir planned mukti aur abhi ka milan and eventually they proposed each other and decided to get married."
Nandini nodded "matlab i myself locked that handsome to mukthi.. haww how can i do this to myself" nandini made a fake cry and manik glared her "you are mine from tip to toe all mine" he said huskily in her ears and she closed her eyes.
He bit her earlobe and she moaned his name.
Her eyes were still close manik's thump was roaming around her lips and his eyes were stick to her angelic face.
She slowly open her eyes and their eyes were lock.
Manik placed a peck on her forehead.
"Don't distract me nandini" he said smiling and she blushed giving competitions to all the red shades.
"By the end of that trip i confessed that we are more than friends and we came close. We came back to mumbai and we prepared for a ramp walk." Nandini again interuppted "matlab i walked on a ramp with you" she was in a shock.
Manik nodded with a fake smile.
"And you kissed me on my lips on that ramp"

"I dont believe this" nandini said rolling her eyes.
Manik showed her the picture in his phone.
"Isn't that girl in blue is you Ms. Murhty" nandini's eyes were wide open "that was our first kiss" nandini blushed again hiding her face in his chest. "And kiss ke baad you yourself said we will not come that close huh my foot. (He made a face) I still remember the way i tortured you" manik laughed amd told her what he did and nandini hit him on his chest.
"You are such a monster" manik laughed at the comment.
"I love to be one" manik winked and she made a face.
"Than hui mukti ki shadi which was like a punishment to me" nandini raised the questioning eyesbrows "you were so busy with the arrangements muje time hee nhi diya i was like i m going to screw this wedding or else i will kidnap you than cabir gave me the rescue plan to make you jealous thats what i did today" nandini glared at him "see its a fraction of seconds for me to bring you in my arms. Just to make you jelous and" before manik can complete nandini slightly slapped him. Manik touched his cheek and glared at her. "What you are staring continue"she ordered him.
"You met my father and then he was like your fan oh god i still remember the way you both were pulling my legs" nandini chuckled "i want to meet your father." Manik nodded "he will come soon. After mukti's wedding i confessed that i love you and we were together for a day" manik was sad.
"For a day means" nandini pulled his cheeks.
"Wait baba... next day was karwa chauth me and dad made sargi for you. I swear you were looking breathe taking that day." Nandini blushed "photo hai?" Manik nodded and show her. Her mouth was wide open.
"Everything was so perfect before that day" nandini looked at him "soha my ex came and claimed that she is pregnant. You didnt trust me i was hurt and i broke the contact. I misbehaved you cried and you left." Nandini has having tears in her eyes so as manik.

"Tum kabhi nhi aayi and sab khrab kar diya maine." He took a breathe "i was angry i don't know i thought sleeping around with girls can make me forget you... or may be i was trying to find you in other faces"  a lone tear escaped from her eyes.
Manik wiped it off using his thump.
"You don't have any STD right?" Nandani asked him in a serious way.
Any man would have died after listening these words.
"I always use protection" manik said with a disgusted face.
nandini nodded her head with her lips forming an O.
There was silence for few minutes.
"Are you crazy" manik asked her with an amused face.
"What i did" nandini retorted back.
"I was so damn serious about the topic you are like oh god koi itna idiot kaise ho sakta hai"
Nandini glared him "did you call me idiot?"
Manik nodded "what else should I say yaar i mean whenever i have to say something serious you have to crack jokes that too utter lame jokes" nandini rolled her eyes "and when i say something you have to make faces" manik continued his lecture.
"Lemme sleep its too late and you go out and sleep with that girl who kissed you" nandini made a frown.
"Jealous?" Manik asked her raising his left eye brow.
"Jealous my foot and anyways tomorrow my maddy is coming than i will ask you the same question" as nandini completed manik rolled his eyes "whatever" manik and his attitude issues.
"Yeah we will see your 'whatever' tomorrow Mr. Malhotra" nandini smirk.
Manik pulled her from her waist and smacked her lips without even any warning.
The kiss was passionate enough to make her loose her control on her desires.
After few seconds she too joined in.
After all every morning she dreamed of this kiss.
Soon she turned breatheless but manik was in a no mood to leave her.
She digged her nails in his back and he broke the kiss.
"That was hot" manik smirked at her.
Nandini blushed at crimson red.
"You are such a pervent manik" nandini confessed hitting is shoulder
"Only for you my love" manik winked at her.
Nandini hugged him so that she can sleep comfortably.
"Still jealous?" Manik asked her when he pulled her close.
Nandini didn't answer and hid herself more in his chest and kissed his jawline.
"Don't you ever dare to do that" nandini mumbled
Manik hmmd and brushed her lips on her forehead.
They drafted to sleep.
