Manik's dad and nandani were too close now. They were pulling manik's leg. He was sharing manik's childhood memories and nandani was very happy. They both were ignoring manik totally.
Nandani was scolding manik's dad for their eating habbits. Manik was adoring the duo all the time.

Soon nandani left instructing the boys that not to disturb girls today as its a ladies function
Nandani: koi bhi nhi aayega function mein
Cabir: hum log kya karenge tab tak
Alya: we don't know but don't you dare to spoil our function.
All the boys shook their heads in disbelief. Soon the mehendi function started. All the girls started moving their waist on the sound of dhol which the elder ladies were playing kall were applying henna on their hands but nandani was not ready.
Mukti: meri shadi hai n u r doing this plz na
Nandani: no mukti plz mera mann nhi hai
All were forcing her but she was not ready.
On the other side boys were making plans to enjoy ladies fuction.
Manik: yaar muje nandani chahiye
Cabir: ahem ahem manik
Manik: apna muh band rakh aaj
Dhruv: lets go
Cabir: where
Manik: function mein
Cabir: nice idea
Aryamaan: par kaise
Cabir passed different dupatta's to them and ask them to wear it so that they can cover their faces.

Trio were doing all the steps of the song itself. Boys were standing around the corners of the pillers were going gaga on their moves. Alya and navya left the stage and now nandani was alone.

All were expecting the song to stop but no manik came forward dhruv and cabir were scared they were thinking about the consequences

While on the other side abhi reached towards mukti and kissed her hands which were full of henna and he ran away,
Their eyelock was broke by alya and navya voice
Navya: ye log yahan kya kar rhe hai
All the girls started hitting manik. Dhruv and cabir ran away from the hall. Nandani was trying to stop them. He pushed manik and signalled him to ran.
Alya: kyun bachaya ussko mana kiya tha na
Nandani: jaane do na
All girls were angry with nandani too. Soon the function got over. Nandani was in thought of manik. She reached her room where manik was already sleeping. She went close to him. Pecked his hairs and was admiring him.
Manik: aise mat dekho
Nandani: tum jaag rhe the
Manik: yaar kitna maara hai muje
Nandani: ladies function mein aaoge toh yehi hoga
She was removing her bangles.
Manik: tumne mehendi nhi lagwayi
Nandani: vo actually vo manik
Manik: bolo
Nandani: koi reason hai abhi nhi bata sakti
Manik hmmed and soon they started with their necessary cudling session which didn't last longer coz manik's dad informed him that he has an urgent meeting so he leaving. Nandani hugged him and was sheding tears. Manik was trying to make her normal but she was not ready to let him go. As no other option was left manik's dad promised her that he will be back soon. Nandani somewhat knew in her head that soon will not come easily atleast it will took months to meet him again.
