Manik and nandani are invited to one of the best party of mumbai arranged by Abhi and his family for mukti bcoz this is her first karvachauth.
Nandani stepped out of his room but manik was no where.
Nandani: manik i am done lets go
Manik: coming in two
Manik came out of his room and they both were sharing an eye lock. (Nandani's dress in previous part's media box) manik was wearing a blue sherwani with a golden broach.
Nandani: i dont know about you but i think this karva chauth is testing my patience.
She said huskily
Manik: so now you are getting my problem i am facing this since morning
She blushed and he winked.
Manik took out a chain and a pendant from his pocket.
Manik: as there is a tradition of a gift too so
He said pointing towards the chain and pendant (pic in the media box).
Nandani: this is so pretty
She was about to touch but manik stopped her and made her wear that with his hands.
Manik: so this is your gift
Nandani: what this means i mean the reason behind this pendant
Manik: actually there are two meanings 1st one is that you are my angel and you are holding a heart thats my hearts or there is a fairy who will take care of you in my absense.
Nandani: but you are not going anywhere
Manik: i know but koi place pe nhi aasakta na with you
Nandani: like
Manik: like washrooms, changing room and
Nandani hit him on his shoulder
Nandani: you are such a monster manik
Manik: i know
She made a bad face. Manik forwarded his hand. She accepted as she reached the door.
Nandani: ek minute how can i forget
Manik: abhi late nhi ho rhi
Nandani: manik tum jao i will join you soon in he party
Manik: kyun
Nandani: ek surprise hai as you are gifting me something i should gift you too na so you go
Manik: lets go together
Nandani: nhi plz go
Manik made a frown and left and asked the driver to bring her safely.
She went inside his room and placed few red candles on different places. She dropped rose petals on the bed and took out a sexy dress.
Nandani's POV
As everything is set now i think i should go jab hum aayenge than he will get a surprise.
Nandani left with the driver as she stepped out of the car she was surrounded by media. Firstly she was taken aback but then she answered
Interviewer: aapne bhi fast rakha hai
Nandani: yes ofcourse
Interviewer: aapne konse designer ki dress wear ki hai
Nandani: ahh i dont know i seriously dont know
Interviewer: aap aur manik saath kyun nhi aaye kya aapka breakup hogaya
Nandani was looking at him but before her answer manik jumped in the convo
Manik: yes we broke up
Nandani's eyes were wide open she stared at him and mummered with teary eyes.
Nandani: manik
Interviewer: kya sach mein aap dono ka breakup hogaya hai
A lone tear escape from her eyes
Manik: yes coz we are planning to get marry soon
And he winked. Nandani looked at him with an angry face before she burst out he took her into an hug. She started hitting him.
Nandani: stupid main kitna dar gayi thi pata hai
Manik was laughing
Manik: excuse us guys
He excused the media and now they entered the function. All girls were applying henna except alya and mukti. Their hands were yet covered with the old henna they applied on mukti's wedding.
Alya: thats not fair yaar
Nandani: thats why that day i refused i want to make this day special for him
Manik heard the convo
Manik: for whom
Nandani: ah vo main dhruv ki baat kar rhi thi such a big day for them
Cabir: smart nikli nandani see she is applying henna
The girl who was applying henna she asked
Girl: mehendi mein kiska naam likhna hai
Nandani looked at manik he was already staring their eyes were lock.
Nandani: manik
The girl looked at the duo and smiled.
Dhruv called alya as his parents arrived. They shared an convo it was noticed by rest of their friends that nothing was well. Finally his parents left with angry faces.
Nandani: kya hua guys
Dhruv: kuch nhi vo bas
Alya: kuch nhi nandani bas his parents were insulting me and he was not defending me
Dhruv: they didnt mean to insult
Alya: a person cannot be judged by an attire yes i am a modern girl coz this is 21st century ask your parents to get rid of their old thinking and yes dhruv its over between you and me.
She walked away mukti was about to leave behind her she got a call.
Mukti: hello
After few seconds her phone fell on the floor. Tears rolled down her cheeks.
Manik: kya hua mukti is everything okay
Mukti: abhi ko cancer hai
And she fainted. She lost everything on the day which she was expecting to be the best day of her life. Doctor suggested her to have food. Everyone was some where feeling very awkward. As mukti was feeling well Dhruv too left making an excuse.
Cabir: ye ho kya raha hai aaj 4 friends
Navya: 4 nhi 5 aryamaan
As manan heard about aryamaan they were shock
Manik: usse kya hua
Navya: he loved nandani as nandani is now with you he is shattered
Nandani had a tear in her eyes but she controlled herself as she knew manik needs her.
some of the ladies started shouting "chand aagaya"
Cabir: tum dono apna fast khtam karo we will talk soon
Manan agreed.
Nandani: manik ye sab kya hogaya
Manik: dont stress yourself sab thk ho jayega
Manik was tensed about his friend but right now his priority was nandani's fast coz he dont want any other trouble.
She took a plate and set everything over there.
Lady: beta chawal hai kya
Nandani: nhi aunty main lati hu
She looed at manik
Manik nodded in a yes
She went outside as she entered after 2 minutes in a rush. What she saw made her lost her world.
Soha and manik were hugging each other
Soha: i am pregnant manik its our baby
Nandani lost her everything she stood numb tears were rolling down her cheeks. The worst part was manik was not breaking the hug. She was having a bowl in her hand which fell on the floor.
Manik: nandani
She looked at him with teary eyes before manik utter anything
She turned and started running with lots of tears.
