The Break

The sky was as dim as a shadow. Through the wisps of trees we ran to the site at lightning speed and made it in. We shut the metal doors as tight as we could and started to  barricade the doors as we could. It wasn't chaos........it was hell.

Matthew and I were in our lab testing vaccines on one of the zombies we capture as secret. Everything we try was a failure. Just then Layla busted through the door (she knew where we were for some reason) and screamed: The mayor of the site is dead what are we gonna do..... What is the that? It's a zombie Layla, were testing on it if they're isn't enough vaccines in the site. Why is the mayor dead I said. The guards said he was outside the site getting food and one of the zombies attack him in his car. Now the mayors a zombie Layla said.

Holy sh*t that's crazy Matthew said. Matthew!! Don't say that, anyway I grumbled what are we gonna do? I was thinking maybe you could be mayor! I mean you know everything about the zombies: their weakness, their hiding spot, their aggressiveness, and who they feed on. Layla said. But Layla I DONT know if these vaccines will work I'm sorry but I don't want to be the mayor.. I want to be a survivor I said. Then who's gonna be mayor? Layla said. We'll live as a pack but live with the ones we love......

Layla ran back to her house but stopped and saw the metal doors .... They were bent. The zombies were trying to get in. Layla ran back to our house and told us about the zombies. Ok I think we finished the vaccines, Matthew you ready? I'm ready as I'll ever be. He held my hand as we put a few drops on the zombie, it was working! The zombie was recovering into a human! We'll have to wait a few hours, robot 2x9o watch over the zombie and report. Yes madam. Layla went back to her house and invited Eden. Matthew and me got some food and watched tv..........

After a couple of hours I went outside and saw the doors.Layla was right. I ran straight to her door and ask to get everyone to where we have assemblies and told them it's an emergency. Layla, Eden, and Brooke ran to each door and called out. The robot reported back and said that the zombie was completely 100% human. So we decided to put the zombie on a bed with a glass cover (just to be safe). And took her (zombie) to the assembly.

I got up on stage and had the zombie, Everyone listen! I said, they were loud. The metals doors won't hold for long so all of you need to learn how to defend and attack. How are we gonna do that only you know that someone called out. Ah, but your wrong Matthew and I know how to defend and attack. They're is about 100 of you so ..... I'll take one group to attack and Matthew will take you to defend. This will take weeks but if we do this we'll be ready.

Today you will learn how to fight I told 50 of the students. 2 people will take each other on. But right now I need a volunteer to take me on. I will someone called out. It was a woman with glasses, a few pimples, hardcore clothes, and a punk attitude. What's your name I said. Molly the woman said. How old are you "Molly" I said. I'm 19 Molly said. Ok Molly ready to take me on? Yes Molly said with a grumble. We first bowed to each other and started. Molly let a fist fly through the air and missed. I then jabbed her in the stomach and she fell to the ground, she got up quickly more aggressive then the first time. Molly then kicked me right in the dead center of my stomach and I fell down, I quickly got up and ran to the other corner. WIMP!!!!! Someone shouted from the crowd. I wasn't a coward, I was more powerful than her.
