Chapter 10

(A/N: I want you guys to play BTS propose while reading this chap)

Dahyun

The next day at school, everyone was looking at me when I was on my way to my locker. This must be because of 2 days ago. Damn it, Jeon Jungkook. I hate this attention.

" Are they dating?" A girl whispered to her beside while looking at me. I rolled my eyes and just open my locker.

Gosh. Don't they have better things to do other than gossiping? Ughh. What's the problem even if we're dating? They're so annoying.

I closed the locker and I was so shocked to see Jungkook who was grinning with him leaning on the locker beside mine.

" Hey babe." He said.

Then, I heard gasped.

" What do you want Jungkook?" I asked and walked away and he followed me.

" Nothing. Did you sleep well last night?" He asked while walking beside me.

" Yes, I did." I said, not looking at him.

" That's great. Well, I sleep well too." He said.

" I didn't even ask."

" I still want to tell you." He pouted. " And starting from now on, I'll tell you everything about what happen to me in my daily life." My jaw dropped.

" Jungkook, I'm nothing to you."

" Yet. But to me you're special." He said, looking at me, holding my wrist. " You have a special place in my heart. You may think that you're nothing to me but to me, you're my everything." He said with a serious tone.

My heart was beating like crazy. Omg! What should do I do?

" We're better go to class." I said, changing the topic then ran off to class.

I avoided Jungkook for the whole day because of the sudden confession he did. Gosh!! I can't get him out off my mind!! Damn you, Jeon Jungkook. What have you done to me?

" Dahyun!" I heard someone called me and when I looked it was Jungkook.

I hurriedly walk away and hide from him. I can't face him right now.

School has finally ended and now I can finally go home and avoid Jungkook.

I walked towards the school gates then I heard Jungkook called me again. I sighed and walked faster. I need to go to the other side of the road. I looked up at the pedestrian light and it was green so I just crossed over. Everything was fine but not until I heard a car horn. My eyes widen, my legs couldn't move like everything was stopped. All I could do was closing my eyes and let the god decide my fate.

Jungkook

She's been avoiding me the whole day. I know she avoided me because of my sudden confession. She must be shocked. Ughh! Jungkook why can't you wait for the right time?

After school, I keep calling her and I knew she heard me calling her but she ignored me.

I followed her and stopped when I saw her in the middle of the road, not doing anything with a car is coming towards her. I hurriedly ran towards her and pulled her aside and accidentally fell on the road but luckily she was on top of me.

The car drive just ahead, not even bothering to stopped and check on us.

I looked at Dahyun who was shaking in fear with her both eyes closed.

" Dahyun, are you okay?" I asked. She opened her eyes an sighed in relief. " Get up." She stood up and I did too.

We walked to the road side and Dahyun had a hard time breathing.

" Hey, you're okay?" I asked again. She nodded and she suddenly lost her balance. I caught her and hold onto her close. " Why were you so careless? Busy running away from me and see what happen? You almost got hurt." I scolded her. She suddenly hugged me and cried onto my chest.

" I'm sorry. I didn't mean it." She said. "Jungkook, I was so scared!" She cried.

" Dahyun.. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be mad at you. Let's me send you home. Can you walk?" She nodded and tried to walked but she lost her balance again. Her legs must be out of energy from the shocked. " I'll carry you." I knelt down, " Get on."

" Are you sure?"

" Yes." She get on my back then I stood up and start walking.

She rest her chin on my shoulder with her hands wrapped close from my neck to chest. She must be very scared.

It feels nice to have her close to me like this. I wish I could protect her always. I don't want t get hurt. I want to protect her and will make her mine no matter what. She's different and that's what I always wanted in a girl.

I stopped in front of her house and let her down. I turned to her and looked at her.

" Do you want me to stay with you?" Dahyun shooked her head.

" Thank you for sending me home." She said and bit her lips. Those lips.

" No problem."

" Jungkook, about earlier. When you said that I'm special, do you really mean it?" She asked, looking at me. God, damn it. I can't hold this no more.

I grabbed her wrist and crashed my lips on hers.
