" Who did this?" Jimin huffed. " Now, Jungkook doesn't trust me anymore. God." He raked his hair.
" I don't even know. I try to persuade him and convince him later." He nodded and since Jungkook had left, I should go home.
Jimin sent me home and Kim Soohyun called me and told me he didn't get to meet Jungkook for the past few days because he got detained and will meet him today.
I turned on some music and cleaned Jungkook's apartment.
A few minutes later, my phone rang and it was Kim Soohyun. I answered it.
" Hello." I greeted.
" Dahyun-sshi, bad news. Jeon Jungkook got into a fight and he got detained again." My eyes widen.
" I'm on my way there." I hung up the call and hurriedly called me Jimin and asked him to send me. He was free so he sent me there.
When I arrived there, I saw Jungkook and he was a mess. Bruises and wounds are all over his face. I sighed.
I walked towards him and saw Kim Soohyun there. I bowed to him then I looked at Jungkook. He rolled his eyes at me.
" Jungkook, what's wrong with you?" I asked, softly. He rolled his eyes again. " Officer, can I and our lawyer speak to Jungkook for awhile?" I pleaded. The officer sighed.
" Yes but please hurry." I nodded and pulled Jungkook into an empty visiting room.
Kim Soohyun was on rage already.
" Jungkook-sshi, I'm trying to help you but I can't help you if you're not helping yourself!" He exclaimed. Jungkook just ignored him.
" Soohyun-sshi, let me talk to him." I looked at Jungkook. " Jungkook, about the pictures. Yes, I hugged Jimin, yes, I peck his cheek but I didn't go further than that. I was thanking him. Can't you see this is all a trap?"
" What do you mean trap?" He asked.
" If you keep on making problems, the trials will be postpone because you're unstable. I told you not to let anger take over you."
" What do you expect?! My girlfriend is cheating with my bestfriend!"
" I'm not cheating on you! Me and Jimin are just friends and whenever I'm lonely, he'll accompany me. If you keep on making problems, it's better for Park Holdings and I don't want that. I want you to get out from here as soon as problem! Do you think I like seeing you in here?!" Tears were starting to rolled down to my cheeks.
I took a deep breath.
" I don't! It breaks my heart every time I saw you in this uniform. I want my Jungkook back. The Jungkook I used to know is a calm person. Who knows how to resolve problems, who's a loving person, a sweet person. Not this Jungkook, who only gets mad and let the emotions control him."
I hit his chest.
" Get out from here as soon as possible. I can't live like this. Only allowed to see you 30 minutes a day which I have 24 hours a day. What should I do for those another 23 hours and 30 minutes without you?"
He pulled me into his arms.
" I'm sorry. I was stress and I missed you so much. I won't do it again. I'll stop fighting and will wait until the trials." He caressed my hair.
" Please. For me."
The trials date has been set and it's in another 1 month. Jungkook gathered all his courage and strength to stay there for another 1 month. I know he can do it. But every time I see him, there's always a new bruise. It breaks my heart to see him like this but I have to strong for him.
- 1 month later -
The day has finally came, Jungkook trials day. I hope we will win this case today and can get Jungkook out from that hell.
" Please be seated." The judge said. " Now, let's begin the trials. Defendant, you may start."
Kim Soohyun stood up.
" Your honour, Jeon Jungkook did beat Park Jinyoung but in the law of the country, it is important for us, mens, to protect the harmless ladies. My witness, Nam Dahyun, was the victim to Park Jinyoung."
" Nam Dahyun, please step into the witness box." The judge said. I took a deep breath and walked towards the witness box.
Soohyun walked towards me.
" Nam Dahyun, can you please tell us what happened that night." I nodded.
" I was raped by Park Jinyoung."
" Did he ever hurt you before the rape happen?"
" Yes, he abused me."
" Can you tell us the details?"
" He would hired someone to spy on me every time then when I make a mistake, he'll get informed and beat me up after picking me up from college."
" Your honour, she was cheating on my client which was she promised not to meet her ex boyfriend, Jeon Jungkook." Jinyoung's lawyer stated.
" Yes, but doesn't mean that he should abuse her. He could've told her nicely." Soohyun backed me up.
" My client did but she didn't listen."
" Your client knows that she doesn't love him instead she loves my client but why didn't he let her go?"
" They had a deal and she agreed to it. The contract is here and she signed it. Its written, she must listen to Park Jinyoung or she will receive consequences which can be anything."
" In the world law, abusing woman is illegal. He should know that and I know he knows." Soohyun smirked. " For now, Park Jinyoung doesn't deserved to be here. He's deserved in the mental hospital."
Jinyoung eyes widen.
" What are you talking about? My client is definitely fine." He huffed.
" No, he's not. Your honour, Park Jinyoung has mental illness and should be in the mental hospital and was sent by his mother but his father got him out after the death of his mother. The doctor didn't let him but bribing can do anything so they let him go and the death of the mother was caused by her own husband, Mr Park." He said and hand the files of Jinyoung's record from the hospital to the judge.
" So, Park Jinyoung is a physcho and sick. He deserved to be punished."
The judge read the file contents for a few hours and write some stuff in a book and sighed.
" I'm hereby to close the case and punish, Park Jinyoung and Park Jisung for bribary, abusing and murdering. They will be fine for 1,000,000 won and hang to death."
Everyone gasped. Omg.
