First day back at school since the drama of last week. It's weird to think that all of this happened in a matter of five days. I'm really hoping that today has less drama. Everything with Calum and Jamie has seemed to sort itself out. Calum left my house on good terms which is pretty nice seeing it's me and him we're talking about. So we just hope for the best today. It's okay.

When I get downstairs after getting ready, I find a note on the fridge saying my mom had to leave early, which isn't uncommon. I get an apple and sort of all my stuff for school to make sure I have everything I need. Once I'm about ready, there is a knock on the door, letting me know Jamie is here. I grab my bag and go to open the door. When I open it, I'm greeted by him smiling at me and holding out a king sized Milky Way with a sticky note on it saying 'Sorry'. I let out a laugh and take it from him.

"You are so cheesy, but thank you very much." He lets out a laugh along with me and waits for me to close the door so we can begin our short walk to school.

"I just knew you'd forgive me if I offered you food." I push him a little and we both laugh.

"So we good?" His tone has changed slightly serious and he made us stop walking until I respond.

"Yeah we good." I say with a smile. He smiles back at me and takes me in for a hug.

"Okay enough of that, come on we are going to be late." I say with a laugh and we continue walking. The rest of our journey consists of us catching up on anything we missed and joking around to pass the time. Once we get to school, everything seems fairly normal. No one's staring at me anymore which is great. Me and Jamie walk to our lockers together and go our separate ways to class once the bell rings.

I walk a little slower than everyone else in hope to see Calum. I know I still shouldn't think too much into things, but I thought at least it wouldn't hurt to say a quick hello. A burst of laughter comes from the end of the hall and I know it's him and his friends. Who else would be that loud on a Monday morning. I turn around to see Calum, Michael, and Luke cruising down the hall. I see Luke every now and then. Usually wherever Michael is, Luke isn't far behind.

I catch a glimpse of Calum's eyes as they are walking and without thinking I smile. I mean you can't really help it you know. He's walking down without a care in the world with a big smile on his face from laughing with his friends. Anyone who sees that can't help but smile. But even though people want to, they are never foolish enough to do it. Especially with all three of the boys are together. I wasn't thinking though, I wish I did.

As soon as I smiled at Calum, Luke and Michael turned their heads and saw me. I see them both begin to laugh. Calum shuffles a little uncomfortably, but after being nudged by them both, he begins to laugh as well. I quickly turn away from them and try to act like it never happened, but they weren't going to let that slip.I hear footsteps storming behind me and know that I can't get out of it now.

"Hey Elizabeth, are my eyes tricking me or did you just smile at Calum?" Michael says from behind me with a laugh. My face starts to burn from being embarrassed. I try and pick up my pace to get away from him but Luke cuts in front of me, stopping my motions.

"Aw look she's blushing. Mikey I think she has a little crush." Luke says laughing and I start to feel like I'm suffocating. I can't move anywhere now. Michael is blocking me from turning and Luke is blocking me from going forward.

"Honey, I'm going to tell it to you straight. You aren't his type, okay. I kinda feel sorry for you. You actually think that since you had a conversation with him you two are something." Michael says darkly, pulling me back roughly by my arm so he's close to my ear.
