≪Chika's POV≫
The whole club spent their club meeting having a party for me. At last, it was curfew time and they started going home after saying their goodbyes. I can't believe I forgot my own birthday. As I thought, being in the brass band club is really the best. Being reunited with my childhood friend is also nice too. Highschool is the best.
Haruta: Mm m mmm hmm hmm
Chika: Who is that humming? (._.) Ah! Haruta!
Haruta: Yo, took you long enough to notice I was behind you.
Chika: Why are you going this way? Your house is that way.
Haruta: I got invited by your mom for a dinner party hehe. Apparently she forgot about your birthday too this morning because she forgot to flip the calendar. She only noticed now.
Chika: Oh. Wait a second- YOU HAVE MY MOM'S NUMBER?!
Haruta: Nothing I can't do.
Chika: Hrrmmm.. Speaking of which, thank you for today.
Haruta: Why are you thanking me?
Chika: I know that you were the one who proposed the party.
Haruta: W-wha.. How? Is it Narushima? Serizawa? Gotou? Sensei?
Chika: Nope. It's because it's you.
Haruta: What are you saying?
Chika: Who else could plan a party in less than an hour? Nobody even knew when we practiced this morning.
Haruta: So you're implying..?
Chika: Nothin! Heehee
Haruta: Just admit that I'm great.
Chika: Never, idiot.
Haruta: Ohoho? Who's the idiot between us?
Chika: Why you..!
Haruta: Heh, we're at your house now
Chika: Why did mom invite you over (T~T)
Chika: I'm home!
Chika's mom: Welcome! Ah, hello Haruta.
Haruta: Thanks for inviting me, Homura-san. Sorry for the intrusion.
Chika's mom: What happened today?
Chika: Haruta and the club threw me a really awesome birthday party hehe
Chika's mom: Oh, you must've had a lot of fun. I prepared dinner for both of you~ wanna stay over tonight Haruta?
Chika: W-what are you saying mom?!
Chika's mom: He can use the futon in your room.
Haruta: I am awfully sorry but I'm going to have to refus-
Chika's mom: I know you live alone in your apartment. Your older sister dropped off your things here hoping that we get to spend quality time here hehe
Haruta: What is that older sister doing?!
Chika's mom: You used to do this a lot when you were kids. Nothing wrong.
Chika: MOM?!
Chika's mom: You were hoping I'd say joke right? Well it's not a joke.
Haruta: *sigh* if it's only for one night. I've forgot how it was to live with other people anyway, might be nice to remember as a cooldown.
Chika: You're fine with this?!
Haruta: It's just you afterall. And I already like someone else.
Chika: Me too. Hmph.
Chika's mom: Shower first or eat?
Chika: Shower!
Haruta: Eat!
Chika: We just ate cake in school!!
Haruta: Why not? Dessert before dinner.
Chika's mom: Haha, you like sweets as always, don't you?
Haruta: Yup.
Chika: Fine.
And so, the day ended with the two sleeping peacefully in the room.
Chika: What the heck, narration!
Haruta: Why is that there anyway.
Chika: I don't know if you expect me to sleep peacefully but HE IS SO ANNOYING
Haruta: What?! You're annoying!
Haruta & Chika: Arrrghhhh!!
And as always, the two are fighting.
