Today, I watched a few scenes from Star Wars 1 to 6 then I just realized that Anakin Skywalker, yes, 'the' Anakin Skywalker is the main character of all Star Wars movies. I summarized all the movies then it turns out, he was. Luke was only important because he is Anakin--the chosen one's son. Anakin is important for a reason.
Anakin was welcomed to become a jedi by Qui Gon in episode 1. Then Anakin was trained by Obi-Wan that made Anakin a Jedi knight in episode 2. Episode 3 shows us the story of Anakin when he turned to the dark side. In episode 4, it shows us Anakin's life as Darth Vader. Vader/Anakin told Luke that he was Luke's father in episode 5. And in episode 6, it shows us how Anakin later then turns to the light side just before his death.
In the original trilogy, we saw Anakin's journey from dark to light while in the prequel, we saw the exact opposite--the Anakin from light to dark.
I also have a clue that Rey might be related to Luke which might also be related to Anakin. Remember in the TFA trailer? Luke's voice over says "The Force is strong in my family." The Force IS strong with Rey. So she must have a Skywalker blood. Some people also thinks that she's a Kenobi. But most videos say that Rey's a Skywalker.
