Chapter 1 - Boarding
Boarding flight 808 was so long and strenuous the queue looked like a mile in length, the best thing , it wasn't even moving.
So after about 20 minutes I finally strolled to my seat which was number 8.
I thought to myself ummm this seat is comfortable just like my black sofa at home all nice and cosy as I was daydreaming a boy touched me lightly on the shoulder he had blue eyes, brown hair, and was probably about 5 ft 4 inches he seemed pretty tall to me sitting down.
I turned to him saying "hello"
He said "hello" back
Then I asked "what is your name and why are you on flight 808"?
He then replied "my name is Alex, I have always wanted to go to the Bahamas so my mom let me, never less she obviously needed someone to pick me up so this man I have never met will take me on a tour of the wildlife there for a short time".
As I tried to process all of that, I needed to think of a response...
Getting comfortable in my seat distracted me, quickly I thought oh dear my bag, I haven't put it away In the overhead compartment click clonk, there finally I had got myself organised, now I can relax.
Ehhh the sigh of relief, was short lived with the annoying screaming baby 1 metre away from me on the opposite row screaming like a police siren there's lots of things that get on my nerve, but a screaming baby crosses the line.
10 minutes later the captain told us "could you please put on your seat belts for takeoff and the time here in Heathrow is 9:00am we should be in the Bahamas for 5:00 pm thank you and I hope you enjoy your flight with Virgin Atlantic maybe you will fly with us another time".
