"What do you want me to do?!" I ask my father.
"I need you to be the lead in my movie!" he repeats once more.
"No way, no I'm not doing this! I can't sing, I can't act. I'll be Hollywood's joke! Oh my god, I'm going to become a Kardashian!" I pace across the trailer's floor.
"First of all, you won't become a Kardashian. Secondly, I've gotten videos of your drama performances from your mother. You're quite talented."
"Yeah, but I'm not Amanda!"
"No, you're Willow."
There was a knock on the door. A woman, most likely 25, with long dark hair and tanned skin walks in carrying a makeup bag in each hand. I look over at my father as if to ask who she is.
"Willow," he says, "I would like you to meet Samara. She'll be working with you today to get your character's makeup looks."
Samara sticks out her hand, I reach to shake it. Samara exclaims," Oh my! You are so beautiful! I can't wait to work with you!"
"Thank you!" I blush from the compliment.
"So today I'm going to modify to fit you the three looks your character will have in the film. The first look will be her everyday look. The second look will be for a dance and the final look is in the last scene."
I nod. Trying to be polite, I say , " Sounds great!"
"I'll put on some music!"
"Sit Still, Look Pretty" by Daya immediately begins blasting from Samara's phone. How ironic, honestly I just want to go home.
Samara begins with a primer. Foundation, blush, the works follow. An hour later I look like a completely different person.
Samara smiles, "I think I did a great job! You look amazing! Two more looks, then to your photo shoot!"
"Oh god... I have to do a shoot!"
"Yeah, for posters and covers."

"Ok, now Willow, you're going to kiss Ryder's cheek and pop out one foot," the photographer says.
I groan.
"What's the matter, Princess? Am I too intimidating?" Ryder taunts.
I roll my eyes and pose, this is going to be a long day.
"Ok, now Ryder put your arm around Willow... perfect! Love it!"
Why did I agree to this? This is going to be the worst summer ever!
