Tazza's POV

I heard a knock at the door and turned my head to see Lewis already opening it, Simon was due to come over. I heard Lewis scream then smack to the floor in came two masked figures that held us at knife point. One of them smacked me around the face and the other pushed Freya on the floor onto her back to face him, he lowered his face and Freya stopped wriggling all I could see was blood dribbling from her neck. I turned my head to see Lewis laying in a small pool of blood. The one that attacked Freya turned his attention to me. 

"NOOOOO!" 

He pushed me down and I felt a sharp pain shoot through my body and everything went black.

I woke up with a searing pain to my head and neck. I ignored it and looked around me seeing Freya and Lewis both still laying there. I grabbed Freya and checked where the blood was coming from but saw no wound, I checked her heartbeat it was soaring like crazy, rapid. I ran over to Lewis and again found no injury, checked his heartbeat and it was exactly the same to Freya's. I checked my own to see that mine was normal. 

"Lewis! Lewis" I heard a groan come from within him and he slowly regained consciousness. I checked his heartbeat again and it resumed normality. 

I turned around to rush back to Freya to find her standing there holding her neck. Her eyes had changed from a deep brown to a light hazel. I turned to Lewis who's eyes had done the same. I ran to the mirror to see mine were bright green with a blue ring around the outside seeping inwards. Memories flashed before me as I noticed that Freya's and Lewis' eyes were just like Myles and Ivy's. I ran to my bedroom to grab my phone still wondering how long we had been knocked out for, to find my horror. The puppies laying there blood around their necks. 

"NOOO!" I fell weak at my knees Freya and Lewis come running in. 

"They're not dead" I heard a familiar voice. 

"They've not healed yet so they're just turning." the voice appeared out of the shadows and there stood before me was Myles. 

"See because you're humans you heal quicker than dogs that why it only took you guys 20 minutes to fully recover" He laughed.

"What do you mean changed?" 

"Oh I mean you're vampires"

I looked at him confused "Trust me you're gonna wanna stop lover boy coming over before you rip his head off because you don't know how to control your thirst.... Do it" 

I quickly grabbed my phone and text Simon and the boys not to come. 

"Oh and these are no longer pups they're werewolves, except they don't change to humans they just mutate to stronger dogs cos they were originally dogs, it's vampire venom so it takes longer for them to turn, you're gonna want to have meat for when they wake up. They're not gonna recognise you until they eat, so every thing that moves is a talking meal. And if you don't give them meat, you're gonna have to snap puppy neck" He said menacingly and making a false frown. 

"Come on lets go" He pushed us and sat us down on the couch.

"Controlling your thirst, you have to calm yourself and clear your mind lower your heartbeat, as a vampire you're in full control of your body. You can make you body do what ever you want it to do also after a while you'll start to figure out your own individual power. Mine for instance is strength, but Ivy she can control your thoughts."  

I held Lewis' hand immediately letting go as for some reason it burnt. 

"Ow Lewis why did you do that?" 

"Do what?" He looked confused. 

"Burn me?" 

"I didn't burn you"

"aaaaaahh, already figuring your one out now" He smiled. "Ivy! Control their thoughts" she walked in and focused hard, I all of a sudden felt hatred thrush through my body towards Simon so bad I forgot how to breathe. I all of a sudden could breathe again feeling nothing but love again.  

"What? Nothing happened?" Freya said looking confused. 

"You're telling me you didn't feel hatred towards someone you love?" Lewis said staring at her.

"No I felt nothing."

"She's a shield" Ivy spoke up. 

"She's a what?" I said.

"A shield, someone who can protect themselves from any mental capabilities and with mental capabilities being blocked, so are physical. So if I wanted you guys to feel pain, I would tell your brain to make your nerves become agitated making you physically feel pain, but with her I can't do that" She said analysing Freya carefully. 

"Why have you done this to us?" I said looking up at them tears forming in my eyes. 

"You noticed my eyes, I was going to kill you if you didn't notice, you are the first to notice we've been looking for a girl like you for a long time." 

"How long"

"Almost one hundred years" Ivy said softly.

"A hundred years?!?" Lewis said standing up in anger.

"A hundred years ago, our family and group were viciously murdered, we're the last of our kind and we're looking for the strongest of people to join us. We saw the video of you and lover boy in combat and we came to test if you were the ones we needed, the test to see if you were observatory and being a vamp thats the key thing you need." 

"I'm sorry to here about your family, but you've taken my normal life away from me and my friends."

"You get to live the life you have over and over again with the same people, you never age. If you want to continue your YouTube life you just have to start over and over again reliving the amazing moment, having all the money you have, able to live a super long life with the people you love. The only bad thing is that you're a fresh vampire meaning you thirst for human blood as soon as you get that in control then you get to live a life of glory. Just every month you have to drink a blood bag to maintain your energy, you can still eat normal food. Your tastebuds have changed so human blood is appetising. If anything we've done you a favour." Ivy said shrugging her shoulders with a soft expression on her face. "Plus we're good people, if we asked you to join us you wouldn't and we'd have to kill you, if our secret is out people will want us dead and that's our region over and extinct." She added. 

"It's okay" Freya spoke up. 

"Wait what?" Lewis said shouting slightly. 

"Lewis, she's right they had to do what they had to do" I said looking at my feet. 

He looked down then looked at both Ivy and Myles with depressed looks on their faces. 

"Welcome to the family" He murmured.

I know that it's straight up but I had to do it! Diving straight into the new lives of them all. How's Simon going to find out? Will the pups remember Lewis, Freya and Tazz? Will the boys join them? Will this be the last of Simon and Tazz? the last of Freya and Josh?
