Chapter 5

Keri' POV:
"Why did you run off like that?" I asked Dan
"You, Zoe, I don't know."
"What do you mean you don't know. I already knew you two were kind of together so what's the big deal." I sai trying not to sound upset
"Come one Keri, I know you're upset."
"Why would I be upset!" I said getting defensive. I didn't want him to see that I liked him
"Alright calm down I guess I just got it wrong!"
"Yeah I guess you did!" I said storming off.

Dan's POV:
Great. Just great, I thought a I watched Keri storm away from me. I lost her and I've probably lost Zoe for running off. Why am I so stupid. Why can't I just learn my lesson. Well I'm done with Keri. I'm all about Zoe. I love her. I think. Well I like her and that's enough.
"Hey Danny!" I heard her say
"Zoe! Look I'm so sorry for running off-"
"Don't worry about it, I understand that you didn't want to upset your friend Keri. I mean it's so obvious she likes you. But you're all mine." She said
"Yeah" I said "all yours"

Keri's POV:
Why am I so stupid? Why did I snap at Dan? I bet he hates me now. Uggghhhh why couldnt I just tell him I like him!  Because you know he doesn't like you! Said that nasty little voice in my head. It had been a while since it had made an appearance. It hadn't been there since I met that gang. But something about Zoe coming back brought it back. Something didn't feel right. I mean why would she come back for one sister when she knows MI9 is trying to help her find them. And why didn't she tell the team. I remember Tom telling me about mine and Zoe's sister Chloe. She betrayed Zoe and MI9. What if Zie was doing that same thing. No surely I'm just bein paranoid. Right?

Dan's POV:
We were sat in English, Me, Tom, Neish and Zoe. Mr Flatley was going in about shakespeare or something but I couldn't focus. No one had seen Keri since she walked away from me earlier. I was worried about her. Just then she walked in and i felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. She sat down next to Rollie and took out her books and started to work. I threw her a note.

Keri's POV:
Where were you - Dan x
What do I say to that. Running from my problems, thinking about whther you're girlfriend is evil or not, trying to get over you. For some reason none of that seemed like the right thin to say
What's it's to you.
I knew I shouldn't have done that.
Sorry for caring, I'll try not to in future
He replied. I'm such an idiot. I smacked my head on the table causing Rollie and Lady to laugh. And Tom to lean over the front of his desk and ask me what was wrong.
"Don't worry." I said
"Dan" he asked and I just nodded.
"What's going on with Dan?" Rollie asked
"It's nothing honestly" I replied
"Don't think we havent noticed Keri." He said
"Noticed what?" I asked really confused
"That's you has been crushing on Dan!" Lady J said
"Shhhhh!" I said motioning towards Zoe who was on the other side of Rollie
"Oh is they like an item again! Shame I totally ship Deri!" Lady J shouted getting the attention if Dan and Zoe
"Deri! Deri!" She started chanting and by now everyone was listening. I couldn't handle it I got up and walked out, well more like ran and I didn't stop runnin deposits everyone calling my name.
