Ashton didnt want to be to obvious when he wrote the note, but he knew for sure that he had to let the beauty of a wolf infront of him know just how gorgeous he was.

He couldn't even describe the feeling he bad gotten when he watched the younger boy walk into the room. His bright blue eyes and blonde hair looked great with his, surprising for a werewolf, pale skin and dark clothing. If he couldn't smell the dog on the boy he would think he was a vampire because of how pale he was. Most werewolves were tan, as they were always in the sun.

But then again, Ashton himself was quite tan for a vampire.

Ashton smiled widely when Luke's cheeks turned red after reading the short note he had made him, and when he turned to look for the sender he quickly looked down at his paper, pretending to be taking notes while listening to Luke's heartbeat slow when he turned back around.

Ashton shook his head fondly and finished the rest of the class, only thinking of blue eyes and the smell or strawberries.

When class was over, he got a text from Michael felling him to met him at their lockers because there was someone that he wanted Ashton to meet. When he got to the lockers, his breath hitched a bit because he was not expecting to see the Luke Hemmings standing next to his best friend and some other tan boy. He instantly knew that the boy standibg with them was also a wolf and definitely a part of Lukes pack.

He stopped next to his best friend, throwing his arm over Michaels shoulders as he trailed his eyes down Luke's body.

"Hey Mikey, who are these two not so human, humans?"

Michael rolled his eyes towards him and motioned towards the two wolves. "This is Calum. And that's Luke. Luke and Calum, this is my best friend Ashton."

Ashton watched as Luke's cheeks heated up and he waved shyly at Ashton. When his eyes landed on Calum, he smiled when be realized exactly just who it was. "Oh this is the friend you told me about right?"

Both Calum and Michael had nodded, Ashton raising an eyebrow as he watched his best friends cheeks turn pink and that's when he knew that this boy was the Calum that Michael had been crushing on since he met him in 5th grade.

Apparently they had kept in touch as much as they could while being so far away from each other.

Many times Michael had denied it but Ashton was pretty sure that they were mates.

Mates were usually known only between two wolves, vampires could fall in love with anyone they wanted. Well werewolves could too, but a lot of times there was someone in the world that was practically made for them. There were stories of a vampire being a wolves mate throughout time, but it only happened once every few years.

Calum looked at Michael in the most in love way and sometimes his best friend was a little oblivious to things. Calum apparently was one of those things.

Michael desereved happiness and Ashton would be fine with Calum giving it to him.

He had gotten to caught up in his thinking that he didn't notice that Michaela and Calum were slowly moving away from him and Luke, to caught up in their conversation to notice that they were even walking away. He raised his eyes at their backs before looking at the wolf that was looking at the ground.

He cleared his throat making the boy look at him, smiling shyly again. "Can I walk you to class?"

When Luke nodded, he smiled again and waved for him to lead the way. Once Luke began walking he took a deep breath and hurried after him.

Luke bit his lip and glanced up at Ashton. "So are you new to school?"

He nodded and responded. "Yeah I am. Me and Michael both. Out clam moved here a few weeks ago and Michael and I decided that it would be best if we picked the school closest. Plus Michael really wanted to see Calum again."

Lukes giggle made his heart flutter. "Oh believe I know. Calum doesn't shut up about him. Hes always taking about how he can smell Michael close by and how bad he wanted to see him from the moment he knew that you guys were in town."

Ashton nodded because he heard the same things from Michael.

Once they had gotten to Lukes class the younger boy turned towards him, smiling as a thank you before pressing a soft kiss to his cheek and walking into class.

Ashton was stood frozen in place until he had heard the Bell ring, and he thought that getting a kiss from Luke was definitely worth being late to class.

Later that day when he got back to his and Michaels apartment, he wasn't very surprised to see that that the younger boy wasn't home and probably out with Calum still.

Not that be minded. His best friend was out being happy and that was totally fine by him. It was even more fine when his phone dinged, signalling he had gotten a text.

From unknown:
Hello Ashton, it's Luke. Michael gave me your number. Would you like to hang out?
