Ty's pov

All I know is that I was running away from bullies when I feel a bag over my head. I woke in a cell with a high ceiling. I see a bathroom. Ok good. I walk over and wash my face. I hear someone talking. I look up to see an endergirl.

"So your the new Special, hmm?" She asks. She has black hair with a purple streak.

"Uhh, what?"

"A Special. It's a 'person' that has special powers. Seto's a sorcerer. Quentin's half mudkip. And I'm half ender." She says. "Also, I'm Crystal."

"I'm Deadlox, but call me Ty."

"Deadlox, mmm. I'm guessing part zombie-thing."

"H-How'd you guess?"

"I don't know or care."

"Listen. I need to get out of here. Who kidnapped us anyway?" I ask.

"Murderers." I hear a boy says.

"What?!"

"They killed his parents."

" WHO?! Wait. Wait. Wait. Let me guess. Everything blue. Everything wet. Everything smelly. Uhh, squids."

"How did you know?"

"This is my... fifth time now. I'm friends with Sky, so, ya."

"Five times. Wow. I just got here. Sky? Who's Sky?" A mudkip asked. "Oh I'm Quentin."

"Only the squid's arche nemissis. They hate eachother. And somehow, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get pulled into this. It gets on my nerve. So, ya. I guess they found out my secret, and pulled me into this 'program.' But, soon Sky, Jason, and the others will be here. So, ya. Ahh! Shit! Someone close the goddamn window!" I yell as my arm touches the light.

"I got it." Crys goes to close the window. I look around and see a pool for Quentin, a dark room for me, an enchant room for Seto and a really high up room for Crys. The cell wasnt even a cell!

"They take really good care of us."Crys said as like she's reading my mind.

"Seto, what are you doing?" I ask.

"Potions."

"Wow. You do potions? I can't. I always fail. Always."

"I taught myself. It's easy, for me, really.''

That night, I sneak into the bathroom. At dinner, we had steak. I kept my knife. The squids know why. I cut myself. 'One for being kidnapped.' I thought. 'One for the squids finding out.' I wash my wrists and wrap them. I walk out and go to bed. The kids at my school hate me because I can't do P.E. I can't walk to the buses without an umbrella. I'm a monster.

I wake in the morning and I see sunlight blocking my door.

I see Crys. "Psst. Crys can you close the window?" I ask.

"Sure." She closes it and I walk out.

"Gotta keep that closed." I say. "Ooh. Pancakes." I say. I love pancakes. While we eat, I look over at Crys. She has bandages on her left arm. Bandages like mine. That night, I use my 'powers' of turning into a ghost to talk to her.

"Ahh!! Ty, what are you doing here?! How did you get up here?!" She said, hiding the knife.

"My powers. Crys, sit down." We sit on her bed. "Do you ever harm yourself because others try to hurt you?"
