5TH QUARTER

"We have got to stop meeting like this."

"Eh~ but it's fun! Anyway, who're you hiding from?"

"Tch!"

People who're in the store glanced at them when they walked by. Mizune & Alex were behind a row of clothes, the former holding down the latter as they peeked their eyes up ever so slightly.

"This is just one bodyguard, why are you having difficulties?" The blonde mentor asked, standing up straight when the bodyguard passed by the store.

"Kassho Kugado ahjussi, he's been guarding my family ever since I was born." Mizune explained, "They won't tell then that Kugado was a member of a mafia that my family is closed too."

Alex slowly nodded. "Ahhh, well, we can't hide here forever & not circle the mall." And pulled the dark blue eyed girl by her arm. "We still have a game to watch."

"Wait, we? And what game?" Mizune furrowed her eyebrows at the green eyed girl, who winked at her.

"You'll find out."

They've been in & out of stores 'cause 1) they were hiding and 2) Alex wanted to window shop. The two of them strode out of a store, wearing beanies that covered their noggin. Their hairs  were pulled down into a low ponytail.

Mizune's wearing a headband underneath the beanie to prevent some of her short hair to fall at the sides of her face. She and Alex bought new clothes to use as a cover & sold the clothes they were wearing. The style of the clothes are still the same.

Alex wore a short jumper, green & white striped shirt, a white hoody jacket and red sneakers. While Mizune is clad in a ripped skinny jeans, blue long sleeved button-up collar shirt that is tucked in the jeans, and brown converse high.

When she saw Kugado nearby, they ducked towards the theater area. They played rock-paper-scissors 'cause only one of them is picking a movie. Mizune won, so they bought the tickets to Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. They stalked out of the theater, discussing about it.

"Dang! I forgot the time!" Alex screamed in her throat & dragged Mizune to the underground parking lot.

"Where are we going?" The light teal haired rider asked, standing beside her motorbike where Alex is already sitting.

She made a face. "You were born here. I'm sure you know where they settle the Winter Cup semi-finals."

"I've forgotten all about it actually." Mizune said but cradled her motorbike in between her legs & started the engine.

"Eh? Why so?" Alex blinked cluelessly, looking up from Tatsuya's text.

'You'll know.' She answered mentally & asked the place.

"Tatsuya said that it's at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gym."

The motorbike roared more life, Mizune handing Alex an extra helmet. Who is trying to figure out where it came from. Since the driver is wearing jeans & the passenger wearing shorts, there's no need for a jumpsuit. They kept the beanie on their head as they put on the helmet.

Tires screeching echoed around the parking lot, the motorbike sped away in 60mph. Alex was screaming to lower the speed since they're still in the parking lot, which Mizune just smirked at & increased the speed when they were about to exit said place.

"It's the start of the second half!" One of the audience yelled and they cheered as the power forward of Shutoku High passed the ball to small forward then to their shooting guard.
