Angel sat on the dark grey couch in the living room. "George?" She called over her shoulder as she heard stumbling upstairs. "Are you doing okay? You're not struggling to get dressed are you?" She called with a soft laugh, running a hand through her long blonde hair.
"I'm here if you need a hand, you know!" She smiled teasingly to herself as she watched her future husband come downstairs in a hurry, throwing his dark red tie to his fiancé stubbornly.
"Dammit, Angel. Isaac was supposed to watch you last night, and you said he ran off with some girl?" He groaned as he watched he wife giggle softly and fix his tie carefully.
"Abigail, if we wanted to get into specifics...Christ, you're a bad influence on her, you know that?" George smirked, dipping his head to place a kiss on Angel's soft, plump lips. "Not that I don't mind." He whispered.
"Mm, I'm going to miss you, George. Do you have to go to work?" Angel pouted as she finished, pushing the knot of the tie upwards so it was tight around his neck, but not uncomfortable.
"As much as I hate to leave you behind, my dear..." George gave an apologetic smile and pulled her into a warm embrace. "Still, you'll be here when I get back home, hm? I'll see you then, okay, Ang?" He promised and turned to exit the house, leaving his wife on the couch to do...whatever she did when he left her alone.
Angel blinked as the door shut and sat on the couch boredly, laying on her back with a soft sigh. "Aw...Abby's at work...George is working...hell, even Isaac is working!" She let out an annoyed groan and closed her eyes. She may as well take a nap if she was going to be alone at home all day.

"Mr. Baldwell, can't you at least make an effort to only call me up if you need me? I do have to set up your meetings for the test of this week." Abigail let out a heavy sigh as she stepped out of the elevator and into Jasper's--Isaac's office.
"Abigail, you're not even going to act as though you know me? Hm, Abby?" Isaac questioned, glancing up from his computer with a soft smile as his secretary entered his office.
"No Mr. Baldwell, I don't understand what you mean. I'm certain this is my first time meeting you. Now if you don't need me specifically, I have some work to do." She blinked and turned around back towards the door.
Abigail took a deep breath as she turned her back to her boss. She could feel his eyes on her, watching to see if she would stay or truly leave. Shìt of course he's going to just be a creep and watch me. She thought with disgust before turning towards Isaac with a curious look.
"Did you need anything before I go, Mr. Baldwell?" She asked softly, her soft green eyes lifting to, reluctantly, meet his piercing blue eyes.
"Abigail. Stop acting as though you don't know me, for starters. You're going to break my heart if you keep that up,"
"B-but Mr. Baldwell...the way things are now, with you being my boss and everything-" She trailed off and crossed her arms over her chest. She'd made a promise to herself. Around the same time she'd promised herself she'd stay pure until marriage. She promised that in any of her workplaces, she'd never have a relationship with her co-workers, let alone her boss.
"Miss Greene, I understand, but if we could, I'd rather we discuss this over dinner, hm?"
"Er...n-no sir, I actually had pl-"
Isaac raised a brow as he met the female's gaze. "Is that so? Or are you just trying to avoid me, Ms. Greene?" He questioned with a curious tilt of his head.
"Goodbye, Mr. Baldwell." Abigail responded, pushing open the door to exit the rather large office. She wasn't like those other girls, not at all. As she stepped into the elevator, she sighed softly, leaning against the fancy wallpaper as she rode down to the ground floor.
"Ugh...that man is something else." She whispered to herself, coming to a stop as she bumped into a gentleman in a dark gray suit. "Oh...oh dear...I'm sorry, I didn't--I mean I wasn't -" she trailed off, recognizing the friendly eyes of her former boss. "Mr. Hart, you scared me for a moment..." She shook her head as she attempted to calm herself.
"Ms. Greene. How are you enjoying the company of Mr. Baldwell?" Jasper questioned curiously, running a hand carefully through his hair. "I know he's...well, he's quite the handful." He gave a weak laugh and tilted Abigail's chin upwards to meet his gaze.
"Mr. Hart, have you...found a new secretary yet?" Abigail asked softly, gently pushing his hand away with a scolding look. "You know better than that."
"Yes, yes, you and your little policy." Jasper chuckled softly and shook his head. "Regardless, do keep in touch will you?"
"In touch? Where are you off to?"
"I happen to recall that you and I made an agreement that I wouldn't question your personal life, and you wouldn't question mine." Jasper murmured, dipping his head to look down at his former secretary. "I am no longer employed at this location. Nor am I your boss. Does this mean I can finally take you out to dinner?" He questioned softly, cupping the young woman's cheek gently. "What do you say?"
"Mr. Hart-"
"Jasper." He corrected sharply
"Jasper...I-"
"I only need a simple yes or no, Ms. Greene."
"Y-Yes sir..."
