Ending Part 10: Jesse

I found that listening to Daylight by Maroon 5 really fits reading the endings
-Congrats to Adam Levine and his wife on their upcoming child

Jesse intertwined his fingers with yours as you watched the movie. You leaned your head onto his shoulder and smiled.
"Jesse?" You say looking up at him. Jesse looks away from the screen and looks at you.
"Yeah?"
"Do you ever think about the future? Our future?" You ask. Jesse pauses and lowers the movie volume so that it's a low buzz.
"A lot actually. I mean we graduated from duel academy Jaden is in the pro leagues now...it seems like just yesterday when I met you. I think about marriage and maybe even starting a family..." Jesse whispers.
"Do you want to get married?" You ask moving stray hair from your face. Jesse nods immediately.
"Definitely." He states firmly.
"Me too. What about kids?" You ask. Jesse closes his eyes and smiles.
"I want at least one child maybe at least two. I want kids of my own...are you hinting something?" Jesse asks looking at you playfully. You laugh and smile teasingly at him back.
"I'll let you decide." Jesse chuckles and pulls you close to him.
"Well I know for sure, I'm doing all this things with you."

And Jesse was right. Months later he got on one knee and proposed. He cooked a dish he knew you would like and right in the middle of your plate when he gave it to you was a simple ring. You started thanking Jesse and commenting on the dish when you noticed the ring.
"A-are you proposing?" You ask in shock. Jesse nods and takes your hand.
"I want to spend my life with you. I want to marry you and officially have it legally say that we're together. I want to start a family with you and love you until death do us apart." Jesse says. You smile and hug him tightly.
"Yes Jesse." You whisper causing Jesse to hug you even tighter. The dish Jesse prepared sat forgotten on the table as he slid the ring onto your finger and kissed you.

Jesse was the happiest man alive. One of his goals in life-to find love was completed. He invited everybody he knew to the wedding. Even the random guy he bumped into last week. Jesse had a lot of money saved from winning tournaments and he was spending it all on the wedding. It was a little larger than average but it was beautiful.

Sometime later you found out something amazing: Your pregnant. You told Jesse that you might before taking the test and showing him the result. You were pregnant. A baby made from him and you. Jesse grinned at the positive symbol and hugged you tightly.
"Jesse are you crying?"
"I'm so happy!" He truly was. He told anyone and everyone. From the waiter at the restaurant you were dining at to the homeless man sitting at the corner. Jesse took a lot of time off, more than necessary just to take care of you. He went the extra mile just so that you were comfortable. When your were facing morning sickness, he held your hair back; when you had cravings, he catered to your every desire...even though it made you complain about getting fat. "The chubbier the cuter." He would always say. He didn't think how you looked had anything to do with how he felt about you. Finally 9 months later your water broke and he was ready. Jesse quickly got the car ready and got you into the car as you were experiencing contractions. He got you to the hospital quickly and help your hand as you gave birth. He whispered encouraging words to you and smoothed your hair back as you screamed and pushed. Finally hours later, your baby came into the world. A beautiful baby that you loved at first glance. Jesse teared up at the sight of his child and cried even more when he held him/her. Jesse already had a name ready for his baby: ______. _______ Anderson. The most beautiful baby you have ever seen. And to Jesse the baby that is the best which led to competitions between Jesses child and Jadens child. Jesse spoiled his child, which you tried to limit, whether it was bringing the child into the dueling platform or buying the best gifts. When _____ would cry in the middle of the night Jesse would be the person who got up the most and sang _____ and comforted. The bond between him and ____ was strong. Like Jaden, Jesse would be that father on the sidelines on every ceremony, screaming and cheering his child on. Whenever you and ______ got into am argument Jesse would often side with _____ which eventually caused a fight between you and him. It was one of the biggest fights you ever had. You and ______ made up quickly but it left a strain on yours and Jesses relationship. It was a small strain but it left a huge impact that made your fights harsh. One in which where it resulted in you sleeping in a different room and leaving the house for a day. Jesse was quick to respond and both of you made up over time. Your relationship didn't go back to picture perfect but then again no relationship is. Soon enough you both apologized and the tension dispersed. Years passed and you and Jesse grew older. He retired from his job and spent the rest of his days with you. He attended ________'s wedding and once again cried. Over the years he was very protective of him/her worrying over everyone boyfriend/girlfriend ______ got. Even age couldn't change Jesse. He was still that amazing guy with a great accent. And when death came upon him, you waited and lived to the fullest until it came for you too.
