All the sudden your curtains flew open and a bright light hit your skin, making your eyes burn.
"Rise and shine, we need to work on retro mutagen."
Donnie's voice echoed in your head and you opened one eye to stare at this turtle in purple.
"We did that yesterday, Donnie, we're up till one in the morning! Today is my relaxing day."
He looked at you a little unsure of what you said.
"Okay Raph but first we work on-"
"Einstein, your girlfriend is tired and gets cranky if she doesn't get her sleep, so leave me be."
He got mad at what you just told him and walked to your side of the bed then looked at you.
You on instinct well just you being irritated flopped him on the bed then cuddled up to him.
"What?"
"Today we relax, that means don't do anything."
He sorta smiled at that then relaxed all of his muscles.
"Your right I needed one of these days. What's today?"
"Sunday."
"Sunday's are relax days."
Donnie spoke as he started to fall asleep. You leaned up, kissed his cheek then passed out in his arms.
