You were laying in bed thinking about what the future brings you but heard Mikey and Christina fighting. At that moment your mind split and thought about what will happen to you and Donnie. You closed your eyes to hide away the tears but it didn't work.
Donnie came walking in from his long day working on the shell raiser. He flopped down on to the bed and laid on his side, putting an arm on your waist.
He sensed the hurt you felt so he leaned against the bed frame pulling you up and into his lap.
"What's wrong love?"
He said wiping your tears away from your cheeks.
"I don't want to lose you, and hearing Mikey and Christina bickering made me think, are we gonna last long."
You started to cry again.
"Hey now, I'm not gonna lose you even if you hear my brother with his girl arguing, every relationship has its pros and cons, theirs just might be done, I'm not losing you at all, your to prescience to me and that's a fact. We may be high school sweet hearts and that's gonna continue even if things try to tear us apart. I love you to much to lose you now."
He smiled almost having tears coming out of eyes.
You nodded and smiled bringing him into a hug.
"I love you so much."
He kissed your forehead after you told him this and you didn't fear anything any more.
