Ellie

I open my locker, papers falling down as I watched them fall like a waterfall. "what is this?" I went down to the pile to pick up one.

"Invitations." the familiar voice muttered behind me, "Invitations? For what?" I ask Jungkook who walks up behind me to read the letter along with me.

"From Sections..."

"Sections?"

He turned me around so I'm facing him, his hands on my shoulders as he stared at my eyes. A glint of sadness almost shone in his pupils and I smiled, "whatever you do, don't accept any of those letters..."

"Why do I have these anyway?" I picked up some more and he kicks the rest of the pile away. "They know you're a sister of a great..." Jungkook trails off, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Great?" In hopes he continued but he shakes his head and grabs my hand. "We have more important things to discuss rather than this." He murmurs and I just nod.

We both faced the crowd in the hallways, gripping on my bag tightly as I gulped. Having to go through that every weekday is like going through battle. It feels like war every time we do.

Jungkook would always tug on my arm and pull me across but if the crowd's too thick we lose each other. Fortunately, we meet in our classroom and get to sit together in class.

He smiles at me, intertwining our fingers as he watched me change looks. I don't want to go in there.

"Wanna take the shortcut?"

"You mean the long way around?"

He chuckles, "Well, it's better than going through that." he points to the sea of faces. I couldn't agree more, "But... Jungkook."

"You know there's nothing bad with going through hallway to another than facing a huge crowd that will eventually get you an hour to pass through." He cuts in and I sigh.

Nodding at him as he pulled me into the empty hallway near the dorm hall. "I know it's hard for you to breathe when you're in there... you're human, it's not easy to be one."

"Aren't you one?" Raising an eyebrow as we walked hand in hand through the bright lights of the pathway. "You can say that." He answered and I furrowed my eyebrows again.

He's confusing me.

I tug on his arm and he sighs, "please. You'll know soon"

.........

"Ellie!" I heard as I slammed my locker door shut. "Kuya!" I smile and Hoseok pants once he had put his feet to a stop when he had came to me.

A bright smile on his face as always as he gripped his books with one hand and the strap to his bag with the other, "are you free tonight? Just some sibling date you know, I haven't been spending time with you lately." I nod.

Finally, he came up to me and asked. "I'm free, I'll just tell Jungkook." The smile on Hoseok's face fades as he furrows his eyebrows, a look of utter disgust somehow made its way to his expression and I shot him a confused look.

Hoseok runs a hand through his hair, "why do you have to tell him?"

"He's my best friend. We always tell each other if we have other plans."

"Not like you guys are in a relationship, that would be important." He scoffs, I roll my eyes at him. "Look, chill down and be happy. Me and Jungkook aren't together, okay? We're best friends, it just became a habit." I explained and Hoseok heaves out a sigh.

Shrugging his shoulders as he looked away, "I guess I couldn't stop anything though. I'll pick you up at 9" I nod and he went off. Going back to the dorm was silent, since Jungkook had to go to this I don't think I should tell you place he had told me he had went to, but for sure he's already in the dorm.

Saying a few hi's and hello's to people I know as I passed by their lockers and finally made it to the dorm. Unlocking the door became quite a struggle since I had my books and few notebooks in hand and the keys dangling rung in my ears once I had pushed it open.

There he is.

"Wow, you could've at least picked me up in my locker." he turns his eyes at me and shrugs, "not like I knew you were there."

"Text me?" I huff and he raises a thumb. "Next time, for now just let it pass. I'm exhausted." he rolls on his bed. "Where did you go?" I ask, wondering what else could he have been doing without me and he raises an eyebrow.

A chuckle escapes his lips as he buried his face into the pillows, "look Ellie, you can always trust your boyfriend. I wouldn't hang-out with some girl here in this university. I'm all yours." I cross my arms, finding no time to at least change out of my uniform.

I roll my eyes again, "Jungkook-- ugh- of course I trust you but could you tell me where you went? Not like I am thinking you were with a girl not unless you were." threatening to stab him with a knife as I ranted through gritted teeth.

A tired chuckle once again fills my ears and he sits up, looking at me. His hair is a mess and his eyes were tinted tired. "I can't tell you... Please for now just let it pass." I couldn't do anything anyways.

My phone suddenly rings as I push off the coat off of my arms, reaching out to answer it but to my surprise, Jungkook had already picked it up. "Hello?" I heard as I opened my wardrobe.

If that was Hoseok calling, I'd be dead by the morning. What if it is Hoseok? Jungkook wouldn't sound like that if it is him but what if Hoseok is playing cool? he's good at playing cool.

Jungkook has all the permission to touch my phone, answer my messages and my calls but he knows he shouldn't answer Hoseok. I can trust my boyfriend, right?

"Where are you going?" A deep tone as I felt his eyes burning holes onto my back.

I look at him, a smirk on my lips as I covered my upper half with a shirt, only revealing to him my bare back and he groans. "Look, if you're leaving with someone just tell me."

"I'm leaving with Hoseok."

"Then have fun."

"I will!" I exclaimed as I shut the bathroom door closed.
