Once a upon a time... There was a Princess, She was the most beautiful princess in the land, She had short crimson hair and violet amethyst eyes. Princes from all over the land would try to woo her. But she was never interested.

She would rather go to the castle's Music room that her father built.
She mostly spent her time there instead of  normal princess duties, but since her parents didn't bother so.

One day when she was playing in the music room a voice called out to her.
"Pssst! Hey! Pssst! Princess? Psst!"
She didn't bother at first and continued playing. "Psst!" She heard it again, but this time it was near her. She turned to the window to where the sound came from. She saw a ginger-haired girl her hair tied to the side and she was wearing a white polo, black pants an she was wearing a cape.

"Finally.. you noticed.. Hi" She smiled to the princess. The princess was taken far back, because the girl was standing on her window, HER window.
"Woah! Woah! Don't get scared, I..uh.. Just heard you play, and I wanted to say you play so good!" She said to the princess. The princess didn't say anything but a blush formed in her face.

"By the way! My name is Honoka, Honoka Kousaka. I'm the prince of the land of the southern." She added with a bright smile.

"I-Im...Maki Nishikino.. The Princess of the land of Otonokizaka." (a/n: I honestly don't know why...) The princess answered but a bit silent.

"Maki? Maki-sama.. Well, Nice meeting  you Maki-sama! I hope i'll hear you play again!" She said smiling again.
Honoka Jumped off the window, Making Maki look out the window. Only to see Honoka Riding a horse and waving at her as a last saying of good bye.

Maki sat down on a chair that was near her piano, but she didn't play, She simply stared at the window.

"I can't sleep! Why do I always think of her?! It's weird! Jeez...Is because she complemented me?! Or is it because of her smile?! I don't know anymore! " These thoughts always ran around Maki's head.

"King! Queen! Princess!" The castle's messenger screamed "You have been invited to the prince of the southern's birthday! And they asked your daughter to play her a song!" The messenger said.
"We have?! Oh dear... Maki, I hope this is fine with you" Her father asked
"It's no big deal father" Maki answered with no hesitation.
Maki started practicing a song, and that song was not made by anyone else, It was her own song.
It took her about 3 hours to finish the lyrics now she needed to make the tune.

"Aishiteru banzai!
Koko de yokatta watashitachi no ima ga koko ni aru..."

The Melody flowed out of her and finally she had finished her song

Maki's P.O.V

We rode a carriage to the prince's birthday. I brought my music sheets and my mother and father brought gold gifts for the prince. I wonder how big this party is gonna be.

Honoka's P.O.V

Boooriing, Gifts, gifts  Nothing but gifts and dancing, All year long... I mean, Prince Eli and Princess Nozomi seems to have fun.. But i'm bored sitting in my throne.. watching all the people dance and eat their food.. It's Boring. But I noticed that there's a piano in the middle of the dance  floor i wonder what that could be..

They finally arrived at the party,  servants of the Castle welcomed them to the party, Maki was about to enter but suddenly a girl with a pretty green gown and ash brown hair pulled her. "Aren't you Maki?" She Asked
"Y-yes?" Maki replied back
"Oh Goody~ Umi-san, Maki-chan is here~" She said gesturing Umi to come closer to them because she was looking from the inside.
"Did she just call me 'chan'?" She thought "Aahh~ The ever so beautiful Maki-sama. Nice to meet you" She took Maki's hand and kissed it. "Now now Umi-san we have bigger plans to do" The girl with ash brown hair scolded her a bit.
"I'm Kotori~ You are free to call me Kotori-chan, and that prince is Umi-chan. You see Maki-chan we actually called you, Not Honoka-chan"

"Honoka?"

"Yes, Honoka, Here has been talking about you, And well.. This our gift to her" Umi added
"So let's quietly pass by the back" Kotori grabbed her and they started running passing the other side of the Castle.

"Here's the plan, We'll be turning off the lights and Umi-san will be Setting a spotlight on the piano. Then the people will know that it's the time to clear up the dance floor, and when the dance
floor is cleared up, walk to the piano, Walk normally okay? act like you're approaching your piano. And then start playing."  Kotori explained on what to do

"Is this all going  execute? I mean does Honoka-san know about this?" Maki question the ash brown haired girl
"It's going to fine~ Honoka-chan doesn't know about this" She answered cheerfully . "Are you ready now?" She asked "I guess" is what i can only say

Maki's P.O.V
As soon as  Kotori Explained everything, I was shivering, nervous perhaps. I was set to a side where Honoka-san can't see me. Kotori signaled Umi and Light shone on the piano, The lights were turned off and everyone cleared the dance floor. Wow.. Just like they said, I turned to see Honoka-san's reaction and she looked very confused. I walked to the piano with my sheets in hand. It looked like the piano was far away but it was not. I reached the Piano and sat there, I fixed my sheets closed my eyes and relaxed my shoulders. Then i started playing.

Honoka's P.O.V

A light shone unto the piano and it was dark, the light was all onto the piano. People suddenly cleared up the dance floor. It made me sit firmly on my throne, Then i saw one girl approaching the piano. It was Maki.. She wore a red dress and heels with a flower clipped to her hair. It made my heart beat faster. I was so eager to listen to her play again.
Ahh.. I hear it.. Her beautiful voice. I wish this would never end.

People were clapping and soon the whole  ball room clapped to such and amazing performance Maki still sat there smiling to the people around her.
Honoka stood up from her throne and approached Maki smiling. Maki was confused was it too awful for her? She was scared. As soon as Honoka arrived there she handed out her hand
"Can I say, I love you?" Honoka said Looking at her side and Glowing bright like a tomato.

"Can I say, I love you too?" Maki took her hand and hugged her. Everyone in the ball room was in awe. Kotori almost cried to how beautiful that was, and Umi was just comforting her.

"You're my Heir"
