Lauren pov
As I entered this pet store, this guy comes up to me and asks what pet I want. I told him a dog. He brought me to all these dogs that looked at me curiously. They all looked so cute. They all were up against the cage looking at me. Then I saw one it was in a corner alone. It didn't look adorable like the others but I wanted to take this pup home. I told the guy that I wanted the pup and he looked at me funny. He told me that dog is the runt and is only twenty dollars because no one else wanted a dog that ugly. I felt bad for it so I was sure to take it home. It was a lot like me. I never really tried to hang out with others when i was younger. All my friends came up to me they stood up for me. The guy took the pup and gave her to me. After I gave him the money he asked me for my number and said I was hot. I just walked out leaving him confused. The pup
looked so upset for some reason. I just took her back to my apartment after stopping by some store to get supplies for her.
Camila pov
I heard the bell on the door of the shop ring. As I looked up I saw her right there. My human. I heard that she was looking for a dog. I was happy yet upset. There was no chance of me being chosen so I just sat in the back yet everyone else jumped up and stared at her. I saw her look around and then she looked directly at me. I looked down as I saw her smile at me. I heard her say she wanted me. I looked up at her excitedly and I heard the pet store guy say I was a runt and ugly. I was upset that he would say that and said I was cheap. She still said that she was picking me. All the other dog looked upset and confused at why she would pick the ugly runt. The guy grabbed me and gave me to her. She looked at me and scratched my ear. After she paid him i saw him try to flirt with her. I was disgusted and it looked like she was too. She brought me to this store where i saw that she bought some supplies to take care of me. I just stared at her. She looked so beautiful. She bought me a collar and tag. She said to me in a cute voice that she was naming me Camz. I was shocked because my actual name was Camila so I didn't know how that coincidence happened. She brought me home to this nice place that I assumed she lived at. She just put away all the stuff and set out my food and sat on the couch with me cuddled into her side.
