It hurts. To know you have lost someone you care about. It hurts to know you have lost someone you would do anything for. It hurts to know they will never want you again. But it hurts more when it's all your fault.
I watched as she ran off. The tears streaming down her face. It also hurts to know that whatever you do now will not get them back.
I walked off home. I was on my way home when I heard screaming.
