I then headed out the door.
I put on my red earphones and listened to music.
That's when I heard people running up behind me.
" WAAIT UP KATSUKI-CHAAN"
some of my friends yelled at the same time.
"Hey! nice to see you guys!"
I grin and they engulf me in tight hugs. How do they expect me to breathe??
" WEE MISSED YOUU NOW WE GET TO GO TO SCHOOL TOGETHER AGAIN!!!"
says Kairo. Kairo has is a childhood friend. He has reddish hair and blue eyes. He's slightly taller than me though. "Now,now, we've been talking on the phone since yesterday can you let me go now? Kairo and Taro both let go. I put my ear-plugs back in when they start babbling to each other.
When I listen to music I feel like im in a whole different world. Im free from everything. I hear Kairo calling me. But I decide to ignore. It gets him mad, but at least I wont have to listen to an idiotic conversation. I turn my volume down alittle.
I hear Kairo say "He's probably thinking of his fated soul mate? right Taro? y'know the one that moved when we were little...How come you don't remember? it was only about 10 years ago..."
Yeah, when I was about 5 or 6 this kid would play with me a lot. I missed him for a long time. I never actually remembered his name though. but I remember how he looks. im in such a daze right now. im thinking about this, im thinking about that, im thinking about him. That's when I turn my volume all the way up, without noticing. My legs feel like there walking on there own. I didn't hear Kairo and Taro yelling at me to get out the way of the truck.
I only felt it...A small figure, 10 inches smaller than me to be exact. grabs me and pushes me out of the way of the truck. Im in shock. I pant for a while before regaining my senses and turning to look at the boy that saved my life.
He had black hair with a green streak/outline. he had big round green eyes. they looked like a gemstone. and his freckles. and that big idiotic grin on his face. He could've died along with me right there! and he's smiling
