Part 5, Chapter 1: What?

Mabel's POV

I awoke in the hospital bed, "Where's my brother?!" I shouted. The doctor calmed me down, "Ms. Pines, do not worry. Your parents will be contacte-" I shot up, "I ASKED YOU A QUESTION! WHERE IS MY BROTHER, DIPPER PINES?!" he injected me with a numbing medicine, "He's in room 298, resting." I groaned. I broke into tears, "He was shot. What do you mean resting?!" The doctor looked at me, "I'm sorry Mabel. You haven't heard any updates about your brother becaus-" I cried even more, "IS IT BECAUSE HE'S DEAD?" he stared at me blankly. I bit my lip. He nodded and I threw the cords off of me, "Are you KIDDING ME?!" I screamed. I ran to the elevator and went upstairs. 'Room 298...' went through my mind. I finally found the room and kicked the door open, "DIPPER!" I cried. He lied there, his heart slowly beating. Did the doc lie to me? I hugged Dipper and some of my tears landed on his cheek. I sat down and Wendy came in, "Oh...heya Mabel." I rolled my eyes and grunted, "Hi Wendy." she put balloons down on the side table and kissed his cheek. I wanted to get up and punch her but I held onto the chair. She whispered loudly, "I love you Dipper. I wish you were here." and she kissed him fully on the lips. I sat up and threw her down, "Listen, Wendy. He's mine. Get away before you see anything." she kicked me, "How could you like your own brother?" I grabbed the vase of flowers that Old Man McGucket brought to me and slammed it straight onto her head. She bled from her forehead as she slowly fell.

I looked at her body. She twitched a little and bled insanely. I ran to the bathroom and locked the door, "EMERGENCY!" screamed the doctor. I walked out, and I saw Wendy on a stretcher. I walked back into Dipper's room and he was slowly waking up. "M-M-Mabel?" I wrapped my arms around him and kissed him, "What are you doing?!" I looked at him, "What?" he looked at me in confusion, "Why did you kiss me? I'm your twin brother and you...what?" I started to cry a little, "Dipper don't you remember?" he shook his head, "Look Mabel, whatever you're up to, it's crazy weird." I fell back and grunted, "BLARRRRRRRRRG!" I hissed.
