It was 4 days after Ash went missing, that JJ walked in the conference room holding a file that she threw on the table. Morgan opened it to see the most peculiar site. It was a boy, no older than 10. He had white hair and somewhat tanned skin, but his eyes were the bluest they had ever seen. He had on a brown long sleeve wool jacket with a gray cape-like jacket. He had blue jeans and wool brown boots. But the weirdest thing was that he had a red colar around his neck, a white bone in his hand, and a white tail and white dog ears. He also had a bandage on his face.
"He's our newest missing victim. His names Gabrio, he's 10 years old, and the only victim who isn't in foster care. He was taken last night when he was at a party with friends." JJ said and they knew that if they wanted to find both Ash and Gabrio alive, they would have to hurry.

Ash rocked back and forth, humming a song that his first foster mother sung to him when he had nightmares. He heard the door open and looked up in time to see a boy thrown in the cell, tied up and blindfolded.
"Hey! Let me go! Untie me or your gonna get it!" The boy yelled out, thrashing around and Ash blinked multiple times, staring at the boy, his mouth a thin line. He crawled over to the boy and unblindfolded him, the boy looked up at Ash.
"Hey! You that missing foster child! Can you untie me please?" The boy said and Ash untied him. The boy got up and pulled a bone out of his boot. He then walked over to the door and pounded on it with his fist.
"Hey! People! I'm starving! I want some food!" The boy said and, surprisingly, the door opened to show a male. The boy then hit the guy across the head, knocking him out cold. He then ran to Ash and grabbed him by the hand, running out of the place.
"We gotta get far from here, man! Otherwise, we're screwed!" The boy said and the two of them ran as far as they could away, Ash being almost dragged by the little boy.

They continued running until they got to the Police headquarters. The boy, who Ash had found out his name was Gabrio, was taking him to the police. They were almost there when they were grabbed and yanked into an allyway. The man that had been holding Ash in a cell grabbed Gabrio by the neck, covering his mouth with his hand, and pointed a gun at his back.
"Come with me, and he won't get hurt." The man said and Ash did something he normally would never do. He breathed deep, and screamed at the top of his lungs, and the man pullled the trigger.

Spencer and Morgan were walking down the street when they heard a scream and a gunshot. They ran to the scene and Ash and Gabrio, Ash standing up and looking at Gabrio in shocked horror. Morgan ran over to Gabrio while spencer called an ambulence.
Morgan tried desperately to stop the bleeding from Gabrio's back, and was having very little success. The Medics came within minutes and worked feverently to stop the bleeding. They finally got it to stop and picked Gabrio up, putting him on the stretcher and running to the ambulence, putting Gabrio in. They then left, sirens blaring, to the hospital and Spencer called the others, telling them what had happened. They all then agreed to meet up at the hospital.

When Spencer, Morgan, and Ash arrived at the hospital's waiting room, they saw that all the others were already there, and so were Ash's foster parents. They ran forward and hugged Ash tight as he cried, saying that it was all his fault Gabrio was in there and that he was the reason that Gabrio had been shot. Hotch then walked over to Ash and looked him straight in the eyes.
"Do you know who took you." Hotch asked softly and Ash sniffed and nodded. Hotch asked for a name and Ash started crying again, but tried to compose himself.
"H-He s-said his n-name was C-Charlie M-Montoya." Ash sobbed and Morgan got out his phone, calling Garcia and asked about Charlie Montoya. Morgan and Rossi then left to go arrest him and JJ assured Ash that they would get the monster that hurt him and Gabrio.

When the surgery light went out, but the doctor didn't come out, they got worried and took their guns out. They then kicked the surgery doors open and glared at what they saw. There stood Charlie, his gun pointed at the doctors head, facing them. Ash looked around and Gabrio sitting on a chair, his back and chest wrapped up.
"Gabrio!" Ash yelled and then noticed that Charlie had Gabiro's leash that was attached to his collar. Ash balled his hands into fists.
"Give me Ash, or the doctor gets shot in the head." Charlie said and Morgan and Rossi came.
"He wasn't at his hou--" They saw Charlie and took out their guns as well. Spencer licked his lips and tried to reason with him, seeing as he was the only one without a gun because of his crutches.
"Charlie, I think I know why you doing this." Spencer said and the team gave Spencer a warning look that Spencer never got to see. Charlie laughed.
"Oh yeah? Then tell me, why am I doing this?" Charlie said and Spencer licked his lips again.
"Your doing this because you were also a foster child, but every house you went to was an abusing one. You never got to be loved and you only hurt. You took Amanda and Tommy and Kimberly and Ash and even Gabrio because they were and are all loved, and you never to experience that. You think that because you weren't loved, no one else can be. So, you take away their love, beat them so that they are afraid like you were, and then kill them like your soul was long ago." Spencer said and Charlie's grip on the Doctor loosened.
"You think that your getting back at abusive parents by taking away the foster children of loving parents. But really, all your doing hurting people, like your abusive parents hurt you. Put the gun down, Charlie, and I swear I'll make sure that you don't get the death penalty or life." Spencer said and Charlie swallowed, looking around.
"T-They'll shoot me! I know they will!" Charlie yelled, staring at the others. Spencer looked at them and they put away their guns.
"Put the gun down, Charlie." Spencer said and Charlie looked around, anything to keep from holding still.
"Charlie?" Charlie looked at Gabrio, who was looking up at him with pleading eyes.
"Please, Charlie, put the gun down." Gabrio whimpered and Charlie dropped the gun. The BAU ran to him and got Gabrio away from Charlie, handcuffing Charlie.
"Please forgive me... Ash... Gabrio..." Charlie sobbed as he was taken away. Ash let out a shakey breath and ran to Gabrio, pulling the now sobbing 10 year old into his arms.
"It's alright now. Everything's gonna be alright." Ash cooed at Gabrio and the team and parents smiled sadly at the scene.
